2. Summary of the case (briefly explain about the entire
case in one paragraph)
3. Problem Identification
1. Identify the Major issues.
2. Identify the Minor issues.
4. Specify the alternatives to solve the issues.
5. Analyzing each alternatives .
6. Selecting the most suitable alternative as the best
alternative.
7. Conclusion.
