Leadership is about influencing others to achieve a
common goal.
Leadership doesnt require to have authority over
others.
Leadership can be even through a simple action standing out of crowd or support new innovative ideas.
Also the followers are leaders in their own right.

WHAT IS INCLUSION?
Dictionary defines Inclusion as act or
state of being included or including
others into a group or a structure.
Inclusion is the process by which we
effectively integrate diverse resources
into a whole that is more than the sum of
its parts.
We do this by recognizing and leveraging
our differences rather seeking to
minimize or ignore them.

When people feel too different from group members,
they feel as if they dont belong and may try to
assimilate and become more similar.
Many experts believe these needs for uniqueness and
belongingness are in fact universal.
