Inclusion is the process by which we
effectively integrate diverse resources
into a whole that is more than the sum of
its parts.
We do this by recognizing and leveraging
our differences rather seeking to
minimize or ignore them.

colleagues with heavy
workloads, picking up
responsibilities of absent
colleagues, and
volunteering assistance
to ones manager
INNOVATION
Employees who felt more
included were more likely
to report innovating on the
jobi.e., identifying
opportunities for new
products and processes
and trying out new ideas
and approaches to
problems.
CONCLUSION
The key word here is integration, and the key indicator is
when diversity and inclusion are considered to be
business as usual.
