MBA is one of the most popular academic qualification in


the corporate world.
It attracts people from a wide range of academic
disciplines.
The core courses in the MBA program are designed to
introduce students to the various areas of business such
as accounting, finance, marketing, human resources,
operations management, etc.
Students in MBA programs have the option of taking
general business courses throughout the program or can
select an area of concentration and focus approximately
one-fourth of their studies in this subject.

the country industrialized and companies sought
outscientific approaches to management.
First MBA degree is being offered by Harvard
University in 1908.
Todays MBA education is highly influenced by
Ford Foundation and Carnegie Council study
from the 1960.
In Nepal, MBA degree is first offered by TU in
1979.

Minimum

Qualification: BBA/BBS or Three year bachelors


degree in any other discipline with second division or CGPA of 2.
Admission Test: CMAT for TU, KUMAT for KU and college
designed test for PU and other Universities.
