Introduction
Government & Government Offices
A Government is the system by which a state or
community is governed. The word Government is also use
to refer to a collective group of people that exercises
executive authority in a state. It typically consist of three
main organ which are legislature, executive and juicily.
Any designated work place where the business of
government is carried out on a regular basis is called
Government Offices.

Justice delayed is justice denied.
Transparency International (TI) Pakistan reported that the
highest amounts of bribery were spent on judiciary by the
people.

It involves the employees of said court 33.62%, public


prosecutors 23.73%, witnesses 12.43%, judges of said
court 14.12%, opponent lawyer 8.19%, magistrates 4.52%
while 3.39% mentioned others.

Education is the most pivotal institution of a society.
The people have to face corruption problem in our schools, colleges,
universities and education department regarding admission,
migration and transfer etc.
TI Pakistan reported that in 2010, those received through non-normal
and alternate procedures is 23.7%.

In 2011, Dr Syed Abdul Aziz, director of


Hamdard Institute of Education and Social Sciences declared
education as one of the most corrupt sector in Pakistan.

Pakistan has unequal health facilities for the people.

The people have to face a lot of problems in Government hospitals


and dispensaries, if they do not have any reference or links.

According to survey of 2010, 48% reported that gaining access to


hospital services either having to pay additional costs for essential
services or being forced to utilize the services of a designated affiliate.
In Government hospitals, 61% hospital staff, 25% doctors and 13%
nurses are involved in corruption.

The police department of our country is the most powerful and
wicked. The people have to face huge problems from it as
compared to others.
Even though, the people are on right, do not get their right work
without bribery.
Police was observed as the most corrupt sector by survey of T I
2013.
31% of 4,224 respondents reported paying bribes to the police.

The peoples are facing a lot of problems from WAPDA offices
like, over billing, correction of bills, failure of electricity ,new
connection of electricity etc. and no one help and guide them.
Out of the pool of corruption respondents, 71% reported that
money was "demanded directly by the actor".
The same situation is with the office of Telephone, Sui Gas
and WASA (Water and Sanitation Authority) Income Tax,
Exise and Taxation, Railway, NADRA, Traffic Police, Passport
Office etc.

Public Servant Who is?
Servant of Public

A civil servant or public servant is a person


in the public sector employed for a
government department or agency.
Public Servants are those persons who are
chosen by Allah Almighty for welfare of the
people.

Responsibilities of Public Servant


To represent the Government
To assist Public Representatives
To implement the will of Public
To run the affairs of the state in a manner ultimate
welfare of the people
