Account Activation

Step 1: Log on to http://www.powerbroking2u.com & click Local Trading

Note: Maybank IB trading website is only compatible with Internet Explorer

Step 2: Click Login with the given User Name and Temporary Password

Note:
For User name, it is same
with the trading account no.
e.g: AR000123
Temporary Password :
abcd1234 Please change your
password.

Step 3: Change the temporary password and click Submit

Step 7.2: Steps to execute a sell transaction

Step 1:
- The sell window will be displayed. Type the quantity to be sold, the selling price and the account used for this transaction.

Step 2:
- Type your trading account password upon request (Created during account activation)

Step 3:
- An order confirmation screen will be displayed with details of the order being made.
- Confirm the transaction by clicking on <Confirm>
- The order will be sent to your dealer representative for execution

Step 8: To view order status of an order made

Step 1:
- To view the order status of an order made, click on <Order Status> in Live Quote page

Step 2:
- You may view the all the order status or filter which order status you want to view by selecting the predefined filter

Note: Order Status Definition

- Order confirmed
: System has confirmed that the order has been received
- Partially Matched
: Some of the orders has been matched
- All Matched : The order has been matched

What is the trading hours for me to place a sell orders in Malaysia?

Trading hours for stock market in Malaysia is from 9.00am to 5.00pm (in Malaysian Time) and from Monday to Friday,
except on public holidays.
