CONFESSION AND
DECLARATION
CONFESSION:
Is an action word which means
admission, acknowledgement,
declaration, statement of
individual for confirming and
affirmation of what he/she
believes.
Assessment of confession
• It involves power and authority.
• It generates supernatural power in in
the supernatural realms.
• It creates a new dimension of
changing the circumstances.
• Assertion of what things will happen.
• Denial is the antonym.
 PROVERBS 18:20-21
You will have to live with the
consequences of everything you
say. What you say can preserve
life or destroy it; so you must
accept the consequences of your
words.
 PROVERBS 23:7
“What he thinks is what he
really is”.
I believedthat in all aspect of our life and
even in our spiritual life, confession is a
critical issue for us who believed.
Part of what is happening in us is
connected to what we confess and
declare.
We are responsible for what we say. We
are the one who choose to be & what
we have.
 EVEN IN OUR SIN
• AS WE OPEN OUR MOUTH AND CONFESS
WRONGLY WE ALLOW THE ENEMY TO COME.
(1 Timothy 5:14, 1 Peter 5:8 ).
• EVEN OUR CONFESSION CAN
ACKNOWLEDGE OUR SIN.( Mark7:15/17).
• WE DESTROY OURSELVES THRU WRONG
CONFESSION AND NOT TAKING CARE OF
WHAT WE SAY. (Ecclesiastes 1:15)
 BE STRONG IN OUR
CONFESSION
• We can do all things in Christ who
strengthen us.
• We have the authority and power, we
are anointed by God for us to confess.
( Mathew 17:20 )
• We acknowledge our deepest
relationship to our Lord thru
confession. (Joshua 24:15). “ As for my
family and me, we will serve the Lord.”
In our stand we should confess
in faith in Him
• Remember the story of the 3 friends of Daniel -
Shadrach,Meshach,Abednego. Daniel 3:17-18.
• Even Jesus himself confess his faithfulness to his
father when He is praying.
• Even what happen to some characters like Mary,
Joseph, David, Abraham and more.
TESTIMONY OF CONFESSION
• IT ALL BEGAN IN WORD THAT CREATED
HEAVEN AND EARTH AND MANKIND.
( JOHN 1:1-4 ).
• OUR SALVATION WILL NOT BE IN EFFECT
IF WE HAVE NOT CONFESSED AND
DECLARED.( Rom.10:9-10 ).
• EVEN IN OUR FORGIVENESS FROM GOD
WILL NOT BE TAKE EFFECT, IF WE WILL
NOT CONFESS. ( 1 JOHN 1:9 ).
 As we are now in our time we
need to be transformed our
mind which is acceptable and
pleasing in Him. Roman 12:2
• WE SOW AND BLESS OUR SEEDS
THRU CONFESSION IN ORDER FOR
US TO REAP IN PROPER TIME. ( 2 Cor.
9:6 )
• WE SHOULD BE AWARE OF WHAT WE
CONFESS AND DECLARE.
• WE SHOULD START THE HABIT OF
CONFESSING OUR FAITH.
 THIS ARE SOME VERSES THAT

• FOR HONOURING HIM (Joshua 24:15 )
• FOR GOOD HEALTH ( 1 Peter 2: 24 )
• FOR FORGIVENESS ( 1 John 1: 9 )
• FOR PRAISING HIM (Psalms verses)
• FOR PROTECTION ( Psalms verses, 1 John
4:4)
• FOR HIS LOVE ( JOHN 3:16)
• FOR HIS BLESSING (Deut 7 and 8)
• FOR CONTINUE TRANSFORMING ( Rom
12:2)
 WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
• MEMORIZE A VERSE IN A BIBLE AND LET IT
BE A PART OF YOUR LIFE.
• DECLARE IT IN A LOUD VOICE AND
BELIEVE THAT IT WILL MANIFEST IN YOUR
LIFE.
• TRUST, BELIEVE, DO NOT DOUBT AND IT
WILL BE DONE.
• HARVEST THE GOOD LIFE THRU
CONFESSION AND DECLARATION OF THE
PROMISES OF GOD FOR HE IS A BIG GOD
AND THAT NOTHING IS IMPOSIBLE WITH
HIM.
