Founded in December 2005 by professionals with the domain
experience, based out in Chennai, India.
Baring Private Equity Partners, a global $5 Billion private equity fund,
has invested and partnered with AME
Has two operating biomass projects (7.5 MW and 10 MW).
Currently developing 100+ MW Projects in Biomass, Small Hydro and
Wind in the States of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Orissa and Madhya
Pradesh.
AME is also into the development of Energy plantations under the
CONTRACT FARMING model targeting over 15,000 acres in the next 3
years.
Has achieved significant milestones of establishing 15000 MW of
Renewable energy generation with "concept to commissioning
capability.

VISION: To be amongst the Top Three Green Power generating
companies in India and be acknowledged as a professional, socially
responsible and economic power generator.

MISSION: To generate Green Power through Renewable Energy
sources viz. Biomass, Small Hydro, Solar and Wind, delivered at
competitive price while achieving the satisfaction of all stakeholders
with the committed participation of all employees and meeting
environmental norms

AME plans to develop a portfolio of several hydro, biomass and wind
power assets. AME plans to raise the funding required through a mix of
debt and equity. IFC is considering an equity investment of up to $10
million in AME.

IFC has recently committed a debt investment of approximately $6.25
million equivalent in an 18 MW biomass project being developed by
Auro Mira Bio Systems Kanyakumari Private Limited, a 100% subsidiary
of AME.

TECHNOLOGY OBJECTIVES:
1. Different levels of Authorizations can be done for different
employee designations/roles
(View/Write permissions etc.)
2. All information will be available in a centralized location/server

TIME-FRAME: implementation of the entire system in the company took
6months. For HR department, it was done within 4 months.
