The Tunisian banking sector is seen as one of the major
contributors to the economy of our country thanks to its
major banks and especially state-owned banks

STB is the first Tunisian bank founded after the
independence in order to support the economic and the
social development of the new state.

It is a co-operative organization which permits for the financial world to operate with
speed, certainty and confidence.

translating emails and messages from Frensh into English and vice versa

sending and receiving emails from clients, giving them informations about their money
transmissions and receiving their comments
Answring phone calls and making apointments for the manager
recieving phone calls from clients and persons who want to meet the manager and
writingdown their personal informations and the reason for calling

Conclusion
On the whole, as a first internship experience,it was great.
I have gained new knowledge, skills and met many new people.
I got insight into professional practice and i learned the different
facets of working within a bank.
However there were some constraints that did not permit a full
achievement of all my goals. For these constraints I have derives
some solutions to help both STB and my institute to provide a
better conditions for the future interns
