Conclusion On the whole, as a first internship experience,it was great. I have gained new knowledge, skills and met many new people. I got insight into professional practice and i learned the different facets of working within a bank. However there were some constraints that did not permit a full achievement of all my goals. For these constraints I have derives some solutions to help both STB and my institute to provide a better conditions for the future interns
