UNA PRESIN DETERMINADA
PARA EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE
UN MOTOR DIESEL.

COMPONENTES DEL SISTEMA DE
ALIMENTACIN DE COMBUSTIBLE
Un sistema de alimentacin de combustible para motores Diesel
se divide en dos sub-sistemas importantes:
1. SISTEMA DE COMBUSTIBLE: Su funcin es suministrar el
combustible necesario, libre de impurezas y humedad al
sistema de Inyeccin.
2. SISTEMA DE INYECCIN: Su funcin es suministrar el
combustible dosificado, pulverizado,en forma sincronizada
a una presin adecuada a los requerimientos del motor.

SISTEMA de ALIMENTACIN de

Los motores Diesel Deutz convencionales emplean dos tipos de sistemas
de alimentacin de combustible con bomba de inyeccin.

1. BOMBA DE INYECCIN LINEAL MULTICILINDRICA: Este sistema se
caracteriza porque la bomba posee su propio eje de levas de
accionamiento.
2. BOMBAS DE INYECCIN LINEAL INDIVIDUAL O UNITARIA: Este
sistema se caracteriza por que a un costado del motor de ubican una
bomba de inyeccin unitaria para cada uno de los cilindros y son
accionadas por el eje de levas del motor.

inyeccin del motor

FUNCIONES DEL VAREADOR DE AVANCE DE LA
INYECCIN:
1. Avanzar el inicio de inyeccin a medida que
aumentan las r.p.m. del motor.
2. Mantener el ngulo de avance de la inyeccin
cuando se estabilizan las r.p.m. del motor.

1. Dar la presin al combustible.
2. Pulverizar el combustible suministrado a la cmara de
combustin.
3. Distribuir el combustible en el interior de la cmara de
combustin del motor.
