Understanding the Case
•Company is famous for desktop
publishing application.

•Adobe acquired Macromedia whose


capability was the mobile authoring
tools(Device centre).

•Adobe is launching there ever biggest


software on the completion of there
25th years of there history, (Creative
suite3).
•The main divisions are CSBU and MDBU.
Under each division there teams to perform
the task.

•The team task is to complete the CS3


project within the deadline.

Problems
•Meeting the deadline of CS3 after planning
to include Device Central
•They don’t have legal permission to use
actual images of their device
•Lack of communication between teams.

Conclusion
•Murray should discuss about the email with the device
central team and plan their strategy.

•The CS3 should include generic images to avoid legal
issues. They should obtain legal permissions then and
include those in the next versions.

•The other problem was improper communication between
the software developing teams, which can be solved by
regular meeting between these teams and open
communication.

•The macromedia employers should be employed in
different teams so that they assimilate with adobe’s
culture.
