Globalisation could involve all these things!

Globalization have completely changed the scenario of the people life's, belief, expectation, ideology, mindset,etc. But as we know that everything have Its negative side as well as its positive side too. So we will see its advantages and disadvantages.

ADVANTAGES OF GLOBALIZATION

-Increase in free trade between two countries and made whole world small. -Greater opportunity available for employment.

-A wide range of products are available at affordable prices due to free trade.

-Price stability is achieved as there are less difference in price level -Greater specialization:- Globalization provides motivation to domestic firms to sustain in competitive world -Larger markets are available to domestic producers by way of exporting. They develop international marketing channels both direct and indirect ways

-Global mass media ties world together. -Increase in flow of communications allows the vital information to be shared between the individuals and corporate around the world. -Greater ease and speed of transportation for goods and

-Increase investment in developing countries stimulates their economies

-Sharing of technological innovations is fast and fair


-The best of cultures can be shared and understood on a global scale

-There is cultural intermingling and


each other is trying to know about the others cultural preferences and in the process of doing so, we are actually coming across things that we like and in the course of time adopt it -Communications allow for the message of political freedom tyranny in the for of democracy to spread globally

towards trying to protect the environment from pollutants that cause global warming, destroying ecosystems, and increasing acidity levels in seas and oceans
- There is more influx of information between two countries, which do not have anything in common between them

-Economic problems like inflation, unemployment, recession, and depression -Lesser control globalization raises the degree of dependence or interdependence resulting in lesser control over domestic economy

-Jobs are being outsourced from


developed countries to less developed countries resulting in higher unemployment

-Transnational corporations may have fewer environmental regulations to follow and can pay lower wages they can shop around for best options

-Transnational corporations are becoming so large they are beyond the power of smaller governments -Economies are linked due to tradeeconomic hardship in one country will more greatly affect other nations

-Cultural identity is lost due to mass use of western consumer products and entertainment

-Profits usually do not stay in developing countries - they are returned to developed world
-Media and entertainment impact is westernizing other cultures -Developed countries can put out development of undeveloped and under-developed countries

-It can increase spread of communicable diseases -Companies face much greater competition. This can put smaller companies, at a disadvantage as they do not have resources to compete at global scale

-Global companies with hi-fi infrastructure almost ruins the local traditional small and medium industries
-It increases the gap between the poor and rich; income inequalities.
