Taho
Taho is very familiar to us, especially to the children. When the kids hear the voice of magtataho shouting the word tahooo.. Tahooo.. They are running outside their house and asking their parents to buy them taho. They like it because of its sweet delicious taste.
We enjoy eating taho either with a spoon, sipping it with a staw, or simply slurping it straight from the cup. Taho is also a favorite healthy snack food here in the philippines, it is affordable that is why taho is common to us and the filipino love it so much..
Taho maker prepare their ingredeints in the evening. Like the sago and the soya beans, it is needed to soak it overnight in the water. Early 2 am in the morning the taho maker starts to cook, and begin to do the different steps and the finish product is what we called taho.
