Vision
We will be the partner for Youth Transformation whenever, wherever and forever.

Mission
To inspire and empower youth to reach their true potential in education and sports. So that they can raise their hands in support of the underprivileged sections of our nation. Making India a stronger nation reflecting Indian culture and traditions.

In 2013 50% of Indian population is below the age of 25 and the available sports academies covers only 1% of youth.

Indias 70% population still live in rural areas with 30% of facilities in compared of urban population. So are targeting rural areas. We have reached into 6 states of the country with our education and sports facilities which has helped more than 5000 children within last six months.

We found over 10 players in last six months from rural parts of the country who are now playing internationally.

Open Sports Academy

YOTI Foundation now focus on the concept of Open Sports Academy where we have no bar on gender, age and on choice of sports. This is a very unique concept in the nation defines the spirit of traditional India. We opt to provide national, international level training to youngsters in almost every sport played worldwide. We have tie-ups with several national and international bodies, federations which provide playing platforms to our players. The only motive behind OSA is to make this country fit and healthy in the way they wish. We have certified trainers, international sports legends and well known players with us to train and motivate our players. In OSP in also focus on training of brain individually. We moves on the concept of power of sports in brain and mind. And we take body and brain together in the training and development.

This sport was invented in Morocco, Africa after meticulous study on colors and their psychological effect on humans. Aainball is a simple game, which relies on the detection of colors on a field, whether a regular size football pitch , a mini football pitch or any field that suits the practice of this game.

Partners and Tie-ups

We met Mr. Mohamed Hamane, founder of the game to promote it in India. Were fortunate to have the national federation of the game, which very soon will be part of Olympics and other international sport events.

Working Strategies
Most of us are a volunteer in sports management, and were drawn in as either a parent, former athlete, official or perhaps even a sponsor. Although sports are not the same in every country, were absolutely convinced that we have quite some common issues that we deal with on a continuous basis. We need a team/ board or committee of 5 to 6 people but in most organizations all the work done by 1 or 2 people. In management there is word lead by example. So if we translate this to our sports arena, this means that the top (we as managers) should practice good teamwork, so that our followers (teams, athletes, coaches) follow our example.

12

The lack of funds is the main reason why our sports organization cannot develop further. Sports activities cost money that is a fact. But in lots of cases there are other, more structural reasons for a sports organization to be stuck with their development. The before mentioned lack of teamwork could be one of them. Another one can be the absence of a long-term plan, or even not having the right persons for the right position. Think of any team sport. We may have the best athletes, but if theyre not in the right position, the performance will be bad. Normally parents take management or leadership positions in sports organization, to be involved in the childs recreational life, or just to help out. There is a danger however, that outsiders only see this situation in such a way that the parents main aim is to benefit their child. Although this may be sometimes the case, just imagine that all parents will no longer be involved in sports management, where would our sports be?

13

We should prevent possible situations of Conflict of Interest. The easiest way to start with this, is to agree within your team, that whenever a decision should be taken, that effects anyone close, the board member in question will not be part of the process that leads to the decision. We also need to train our managers, leaders with professional skills like Time Management Skills, Empathy with athletes, Ability to delegate where necessary, Role model for athletes, Crisis management skills, Appreciation of the wider aspects of the sport, Report writing skills, commitment to reading, sensitivity and openness to change, openness to the ideas of others.
14

To make any event successful or to make any venture profitable we need to focus on following:
Venue Management Sport Understanding Competition Playing Field Personnel Management Youth Sports Attraction Marketing Prowess

This is the area we need to focus to make our project a hit.

15

Sports Marketing
Sport marketing is a subdivision of marketing which focuses both on the promotion of sports events and teams as well as the promotion of other products and services through sporting events and sports teams.
We need to focus on the different ways of sports marketing such as:
16

Sponsorship of events Sponsorship of teams TV advertising during broadcast sports events Marketing of Athletics through Social Media websites

Target Market
We need to target on youth of the nation for that we will pick the places where we can find youngsters all around for marketing such as schools, colleges, universities, shopping malls, movie theatres etc. Presentations will be presented in schools and colleges for OSA and our events. Well call celebrities for our events and will try to gather mass with their name. Our main focus will be on attracting new players and crowd for events.
17

Financial Planning
We will change a very nominal fee from the players which will be beneficial in long term. We may fix up some membership options also for outsiders. We have entire budget to get the OSA started and to maintain it. We have also planned for a big-bang inauguration for the academy to give it a highlight from the beginning. OSA will be a profitable venture for sure, for which we need to fix up the annually budget and need to fix up the fee and other charges.
