9.1 Instalacin Fibra ptica

A) B) Mayor longitud de red que en Cable Coaxial. Inmunidad al ruido, no obstante aclarar que el ruido inducido en el cable Coaxial es propagado por el conversor. Por ello la inmunidad al ruido nicamente es en el tendido/recorrido de la Fibra ptica Permite crear topologas de red que en Cable coaxial no son posibles Permite realizar un anillo.

INSTALACIN
A) B) C) D) El puerto coaxial del Conversor RIO 490NRP tiene las mismas caractersticas elctricas que la CPR, 35dB. La conexin coaxial para convertir de cable a Fibra se realiza como un cable de derivacin. La conexin coaxial para convertir de Fibra a cable se realiza como cable troncal Todas las conexiones del NRP se realizan mediante una TAP MA0185100 y debe de instalarse el final de lnea 520422000 En cable redundante la diferencia mxima entre lnea A y B no puede ser superior a 150Mts (incluyendo cable troncal coaxial) La Longitud mxima del anillo es de 10Km. nicamente pueden haber 5 conversores NRP954 instalados en un mismo segmento de fibra, por ello en el caso de tener que instalar mas, se deber combinar grupos de 5 NRP interconectado con Cable Coaxial.

9.2 Instalacin Fibra ptica

INSTALACIN
I) J) No existe ningn bit de diagnostico en caso de realizar un anillo en f. ptica En cable Redundante no esta permitido que un canal sea de Fibra y el otro de Cable Coaxial. Ambos deben ser o bien de cable coaxial o bien de Fibra ptica. Con Fibra 50/125 62,5/125 no hay distancias mnimas, pero si con fibra 100/125 en este caso si solo hay dos NRP la distancia mnima es de 1200 M. Esta distancia se reduce proporcionalmente en funcin de lo nodos que se instalen El NRP tiene una potencia ptica de 11dB, por ello hay que calcular las perdidas de la instalacin entre 2 NRP. El tiempo mximo de Jitter en el total de la red ( segmento) es de 130 ns. La conversin en el NRP de Coaxial a Fibra introduce un Jitter de 20nS, y en un NRP de Fibra a Fibra el jitter introducido es de 10nS. La fibra de 50/125 3.0ns/Km, 62,5/125 5.nS/Km y la fibra 100/125 7.5nS. Por ello se ha de calcular el jitter total de la red. El tipo de fibra es Multimodo ( 820nm) Se debe configurar el selector JP1: - En el NRP conectado a la CRP debe estar en posicin neutral - En resto NRP en posicin 1 Conectado a tierra por condensador (para ruido de baja frecuencia) 2 Conectado directo a tierra

10.1 Instalacin Cable Coaxial

INSTALACIN
A) La distancia mnima de cualquier cable coaxial es de 2.6m y la mxima de un cable de derivacin es de 50Mts. Cuando se instalan los conectores STFA en un sistema redundante, este debe montar a 0.45cm. de la CRP, y el resto de cable hasta la MA0186100 debe ser como mnimo 2.4 m y como mximo 3.000 m Se recomienda cable de cudruple apantallamiento. Se Puede usar el Cable RG6 tanto para cable troncal como para cable de derivacin Para la misma distancia, el Cable RG11 tiene mayor inmunidad al ruido que el RG6. Se recomienda usar las herramientas homologadas para el montaje de los cables.

En la Ultima TAP MA0185100 se debe de instalarse el final de lnea 520422000 En cable redundante la diferencia mxima entre lnea A y B no puede ser superior a 150Mts La Longitud mxima del cable se debe calcular en funcin de la atenuacin de los elementos conectados, la CRP genera una seal de 35dB.

La distancia mxima de la red es de 4500 m y 31 canales Remotos.

10.2 Instalacin Cable Coaxial

J) Respetar los radios de curvatura segn el tipo de cable. Sobre todo durante el montaje. Cualquier curvatura mayor durante el montaje puede daar el cable, pudiendo ser causa de errores de comunicacin. En una TAP MA01815100, que no se instale (aunque se provisionalmente) un Drop, se debe instalar el final de lnea de derivacin 520402000. El Cable solo se debe conectar a tierra a travs de la CRP el cable a unos 20cm de la CRP por medio de la TAP, Splitter o el bloque de tierra, el resto debe cable y TAPs deben estar aisladas. Se recomienda una separacin de 35cm./ KV de equipos o cables de potencia

11 Diagnstico
A) B) Inspeccin visual de la red. ( distancias, recorrido cable, curvaturas, prensado conectores, fin de lnea, etc) Verificar las palabras de diagnostico de la red contadores de reintento y perdidas de comunicacin. Esta informacin esta disponible en Concept en la pagina 21 de Controller Status y en Unity en las palabras de sistemas %SW536 -%SW640. Estos contadores de error se deben verificar estando los elementos generadores de ruido elctrico en funcionamiento Si se detectan errores, se debern para los elementos que generan ruido elctrico y verificar si los contadores siguen incrementndose. En funcin del resultado el problema ser de cableado o de EMC. Si es un problema de cableado, se recomienda diagnosticar la red con un reflectometro, para localizar las conexiones que generan lo errores
