Evaluation of project objectives Did the workshop fulfil our expectations?


All partners are satisfied with the meeting.

Positive: 1. Good organization. 2. Active involvement of all, goals achieved. 3. Good planning of workshops. 4. Good balance between workshops and activities. 5. Friendly atmosphere 6. New experience with a diversity of culture and nationalities. 7. Good coordinators work. Suggestion: 1. Program fulfilled, but changes in meetings. 2. Not quite clear the topic: food culture and tradition or ecological and environmental foodprint. 3. Solution of all problem should be done during the meeting. 4. For future: more time for the visits (1,5 day). 5. More attention on timing.

Did we find any difficulty or problem in the preparation or during the workshop and visits?
1. 1/2 of answers = NO PROBLEM 2. Good information of hosting organization about the details of visits Suggestion to improve or change: 1. The cooking workshop was not well organized. 2. The visit are more important than the cooking workshops. 3. Communication problem should be solved according the project slogan. 4. Change of the visits program exclude the participation of one group in one event. 5. Better organization of lunch. 6. Important - Respect the timing.

How was your organisation prepared?


Good and active preparation to meeting of all partners: meeting with the members, recruitment of participants, analyse of the application, preparation of own propositions.

How did the communication amongst partners before the workshop and during the meeting work?
Positive: 1. The communication was friendly. 2. The face to face communication worked very good. 3. Use of mail before the meeting. 4. Good to have time for getting know each other. 5. Positive role of the coordinator and host . 6. Active communication before and during the meeting. Suggestions: 1. Important is to listen more what others have to say . 2. Language difficulties must be taken into account. 4. Improve the mail communication. 6. Good but could be improved.

What can we learn from this workshop experiences in terms of team working?
1. 2. Good coordinators work allowed a good team work. Proposition for team rules: If you have a problem, you should talk about that Do not do others, what do you not like to do to yourself Take account cultural differences Take account gender differences

3. Knowledge from the cultural differences. 4. Improve and keep turns when we talk and respect other partners' turns too. 6. Working in a team can have very good results, if it is well prepared. 7. When we speak about the politics, we must be careful.

What can we learn from this workshop experiences in terms of team working?

We were able to work together and achieve our objectives.even coming from different cultures still its important to improve ourselves in the next meeting and everyone is working towards that improvement. 9. Knowledge that the team work is one of the most difficult things to do, but it also one of the most valuable ones. 10. Knowledge that all opinions can be valid, once justified. 11. Experience from the team work: refining through combination. 12. Knowledge that the team work has the same problems everywhere: with people of one country or with people of a continent. 13. Knowledge about how to reach the common goal. 14. Knowledge about respect for the work and for the characteristics of the partner.

What can we learn from this workshop experiences in terms of team working?
Comments and suggestions 1. Important is to respect the time table even if its flexible. 2. Choose participants (own organisation) who can help and at least have a basic understanding level of the working language. 3. Learn more of each other do not mean to accept everything, but to understand why other nations are used to do things otherwise. 4. It would be nice to have women from every country. 5. To prepare some introduction or presentation about hosting organisation, the country, region, village. 6. To prepare a map (workshop material) with information about the visited places, written summaries of workshops and visits should be send to partners. 7. To learn about cultural activities (song, dance, game ...) from the hosting organisation. 8. To prepare the certificates and bills before leaving. 9. To better organise lunches and dinners.

What can we learn from this workshop experiences in terms of team working?
Comments and suggestions: 10. To involve as many people as possible to help during the hosting. 11. To specify the evaluation questionnaire (more yes/no questions, make answering questions easier). 12. To do publicity about the project and workshop to the local community. 13. To keep involving ourselves in this kind of project because it is what makes us human beings: naturally curious creatures. 14. Hope that Foodprint.eu achieves its objectives. 15. To plan the next workshop at least 3 month before. 16. The host must be most active part in communication and give clear guidance for partners about the meeting for travelling, agenda and budget. 17. Congratulations to the coordinator and the host in Belgium.

Organisation and logistics


(the partner hosting the workshop.) What did go wrong in the logistics and the organisation? The practical cooking part was not well understood. What suggestion could you give to the other partners for the next workshops? Ready to help and advice other host organization with own experiences from the meeting.
