Vocational rehabilitation means that part of the continuous and coordinated process of rehabilitation which involve the provision of those vocational services. E.g:

It is any course of training the objective is the attainment of skill or knowledge required by an occupation. It begins with an elaborate evaluation in terms of the individual, family and the community to assess the strengths and weakness in the 10/9/12 respective areas, followed by a job

PROCESS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING


Phase I: Generic skill training

Competitve employment, inclusive employment, supported employment. to obtain employment in the open labour market. the participation rate lower than that of other workers, while the unemployment rate tends to be 10/9/12

The vocational rehabilitation resulting in the placement or employment of person with disability is the crux and culmination of the entire rehabilitation process.
