The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly Compensatory Call-In. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. We'll examine news reports from the past seven days and - hopefully - promote a constructive dialog. #ANTIBLACKNESS The trial of former officer and suspected sexual terrorist Daniel Holtzclaw commenced this week; all of his alleged victims are black females. The jury determining his fate is all White. Ironically, the Supreme Court at this very moment is reviewing the standard practice of excluding black citizens from juries. Holtzclaw's case continues to receive paltry attention, which would be the complete opposite if he was black or if his victims had been White. While black females in Oklahoma receive no sympathy, Whites are singing a different tune about the "war on drugs" now that throngs of Whites are languishing with heroin, prescription medication and methamphetamine addiction. For nearly a half century Whites have offered no compassion but lots of jail time for black people suffering from substance abuse issues. Whites also invested a sizable chunk of time sulking about recent data showing rising death rates for middle-aged Whites.
