You've got numbers to hit, people to impress, and customers to satisfy, so you zero in on your strengths and leave your weaknesses for another time. Henry Ward, CEO of eShares, doesn't believe in that philosophy. He thinks that if you want to build a great product, a great team, and a great company, you've got to get real with yourself on what you're bad at.
