    Invitation to the 8th Annual “A Band X’mas” Christmas Concert

    Dear Prof. Johnny Poon,

    The Hong Kong Wind Philharmonia would like to invite your school band to participate in
    the 8th annual “A Band X’mas” Christmas concert on 27th December, 2017 at the Piazza Area C,
    Hong Kong Cultural Centre. This event is a collaboration of some of the best universities, secondary
    and primary school bands in Hong Kong, along with the two Hong Kong Wind Philharmonia
    ensembles, the Hong Kong Chamber Wind Philharmonia and the Hong Kong Youth Wind
    Philharmonia.

    The performance will begin at 5:00pm and involves two sessions: Session A from 5:00pm to
    6:00pm featuring primary school players, whereas Session B from 7:00pm to 10:00pm featuring
    university and secondary school players.

    Rehearsal details for Session B players are as follows:

    Time: 1:30pm-6:30pm Time: 6:30pm-7:00pm
    Venue: School Hall, Hong Kong Baptist University Venue: Piazza Area C, Hong Kong Cultural Centre

    and Primary School

    Please kindly RSVP by 1st November, 2017 as there will be a meeting with all confirmed
    participants on the logistics, arrangement of percussion instruments, music stands and chairs for the
    performance.

    We would like to specially thank the Hong Kong Baptist University Affiliated School Wong
