We are looking at trainees who are high on energy, have an attitude to learn and work & are serious about their careers. We are considering Under-Graduate Candidates who are pursuing Regular Full-Time MBA in HR/Marketing and willing to undergo internship for their academic program. Internship Details:
Internship Duration Work Timings Job Location Compensation/Stipend Reimbursements Project Bonus 6 Weeks @ 5 Days/Week 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Friday) #3-94/1, 1st Floor, Kathriguppe Main Road, Banashankari 3rd-Stage, Bangalore 560085 No stipend will be provided during the tenure of the Internship Duration All Official visits to the Client Companies shall be reimbursed at actuals. No Travel Allowance will be provided for personal travel. Based on the performance metrics calculations, a Project Bonus up to Rs. 10,000 INR can be provided at the end of the Project Duration On maintenance of 85% attendance during the Project tenure & upon successful completion of the Internship/Project duration, each Trainee shall receive a Certificate stating that they completed an internship with us along with the details of their Performance On the basis of the performance, few candidates might be taken on our direct payroll as fulltime employees once they complete their MBA Course (at the sole discretion of the management). From this point on, they would be considered as our regular employees and would be eligible for all the benefits / incentives Please note that there would be no obligation / promise from Proconnect Consulting on hiring the trainees as full time employees at any point. Your Role Definition while working with us:


Your posting will be presently at Bangalore Office 2 [Address: PROCONNECT CONSULTING #3-94/1, 1st Floor, Kathriguppe Main Road Banashankari 3rd-Stage, Bangalore - 560085]. As a HR Intern, you will be an individual contributor having few/all of the following KRAs to follow: KRA 1 - Generating a list of qualified people to talk to: Making a list of qualified applicants using various techniques including the Internet, Direct Sourcing, Networking, Referrals, etc. Using e-staffing tools Job Ad Placements, Position Postings, Mass Mailings, Direct Sourcing, etc. Networking so as to develop a qualified pool of candidates Search Candidates based on client Requirements through portals, executive search and head hunting. KRA 2 - Telephonic Pre-Screening & Validation of profiles: Check Candidate's 100% Technical Fitment & Compliance as per Client's Requirements Check Candidate's CTC Fitment as per Client's Requirements Check Candidate's Interest to work with the Client Check Candidate's Location Preference as per Client's Requirements Check Candidate's availability for interview/Selection Processes as per Client's Requirements Check whether the Candidate already had applied for the same Client before or not KRA 3 - Getting the Candidate's updated Resume: Sending a detailed Job Description Mail to the Candidates asking for their updated Resume If Candidate is unable to check mails at office, downloading CV the Candidate from the Portal Only if the Candidate confirms it to be latest & true KRA 4 - Client Relationship Management: Share the Candidates Profile with the Client HR in the specified Format Coordinating with the Client HR for Feedbacks on the CVs sent KRA 5 - Tracking & MIS: Fill up the details of each processed Candidate in the specified Tracker KRA 6 - Interview Scheduling & Offer Coordination:

Training candidates on interview patterns and interview tips Sharing insights gathered from successfully offered candidates Coordinating the Interview Schedules to the respective Candidates (only to the Shortlisted Candidates) Sending Interview Confirmation Mailers to the Shortlisted Candidates - Interview Time, Interview Date, Interview Venue, Person to Meet, Documents to carry, etc. Closely following up with the Candidate to ensure that s/he reaches the Interview Venue(s) on time

KRA 7 - Post Offer Follow-Up: Once an Offer is released by the Client HR, closely following up with the Candidate to ensure that s/he resigns from present organization & joins the Client Company within the specified Joining Period Co-ordinate till the joining of candidates, arranging of documents from candidates for submission to clients

Except as required in your duties to Proconnect Consulting or Proconnect Consultings clients, you will never, directly or indirectly, use disseminate, disclose, lecture upon, or publish articles concerning Proconnect Consultings client business or concerning any aspect thereof without the prior express consent of Proconnect Consulting. If you conceive any new or advance method of improving processes/systems in relations to the operation of the company, such developments will be fully communicated to the company and will remain the sole right/property of the company.
