"And I saw, and behold, a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer." - Revelation 6:2 As the first of four horsemen, John mentions a white horse in his vision of prophecy given to him by God. That white horse was given a crown, or power, to go forth conquering presumably the world. "The white horse probably represents a man-made peace which will be forced upon the world by Antichrist under the guise of religion and righteousness. It will be a false peace which will not stand." - A Dictionary of Bible Types, Walter L. Wilson, 1999 Hendrickson Publishers, Inc. p. 233. Today, there is an organization that has as its logo, a man riding a white horse and has set about conquering the nations of the world via military, banking, judicial and political means. They subscribe to the belief that they alone are the only ones qualified to bring the Kingdom of Heaven to earth through their plans and orchestrations. Many people now know that organization as the Council on Foreign Relations. In the late 1800s British Aristocrat Cecil Rhodes and his close friend and associate, Alfred Milner had dreams of uniting the entire world under the British government. Funded by his vast investments in gold and diamond mines in northern Africa, Rhodes organized men with the same goals to achieve this plan. Various groups were spawned, as a result of this partnership, among which was The Royal Institute for International Affairs. According to Carroll Quigley, professor of History at Georgetown University, "From 1884 to about 1915 the members of this group worked valiantly to extend the British Empire and to organize it in a federal system. They were constantly harping

on the lessons to be learned from the failure of the American Revolution and the success of the Canadian federation of 1867, and hoped to federate the various parts of the empire as seemed feasible, then confederate the whole of it, with the United Kingdom, into a single organization. They also hoped to bring the United States into this organization to whatever degree possible." Tragedy and Hope: A History of the World in Our Time, 1966, p. 133. In 1913, with the help of a few politicians in the District of Columbia and several key international bankers, this group succeeded in gaining control of the entire financial system of the United States with a single act of Congress (the Federal Reserve Act). Just seven years later, in 1921 they formed a group known as the Council on Foreign Relations. For the past 80 plus years, the CFR has been recruiting our politicians, lawyers, judges, news media, etc. in an attempt to gain political, judicial, executive, as well as financial control of our incorporated government. According to Professor Quigley, Lionel Curtis, a Rhodes-Milner supporter "had a fanatical conviction that with the proper spirit and the proper organization the Kingdom of God could be established on earth...That these ideas were not solely those of Curtis but were held by the group as a whole will be clear to all who study it. When Lord Lothian died in Washington in 1940, Curtis published a volume of his speeches and included the obituary, which Grigg had written for the Round Table. Of Lothian this said, 'He held that men should strive to build the Kingdom of Heaven here upon this earth, and that the leadership in that task must fall first and foremost upon the English-speaking peoples." - ibid, pp. 146-147. In 1945, the political arm of the CFR, the United Nations, was born. Since then our country has been effectively run by these anti-freedom CFR members. The CFR currently consists of about 3,000 members worldwide. Some of the more recognizable members are:

Politicians Olympia Snowe Dick Cheney Madeline Albright Condaleeza Rice Jesse Jackson John Rockefeller IV Dick Gephardt Bill Cohen Bill Clinton Colin Powell Joe Leiberman Newt Gingrich Alan Greenspan George Bush Sr. Supreme Court Ruth Ginsberg

Sandra Day O'Conner Steven Breyer News Media Associated Press United Press International CBS ABC NBC Forbes Money Magazine William F. Buckley Dan Rather Wallstreet Journal Tony Snow Tom Brokaw

Since the CFR now runs our country's politicians as well as the entire mainstream news media outlets, the only news most of the American people will ever receive is that which the CFRfriendly editors and news directors want them to know. The future plans of the CFR via the United Nations is to gain control of all of the countries of the world, ours included, and place them under one governmental system with one supreme world court. By sending ambassadors to the United Nations, the American people are giving it credibility and authority as a world governing body that it has neither earned (we don't elect UN bureaucrats) nor should be vested with. It appears this is the system that John foresaw in the prophecy he wrote about in the book of Revelation. The CFR has as its logo a man on a white horse. The word on a banner under the horse in the CFR's logo is VBIQVE - a Latin word found on many ancient Roman coins meaning "everywhere." Its English form is UBIQUE - the root word in English for "ubiquitous" which means: present, or seeming to be present, everywhere at the same time; omnipresent. The CFR seems to be advertising they have the same omnipresent power of God while attempting to spread peace throughout the world on their "white horse." If you don't like this system, you may contact Congressman Michaud, Senator Collins or Senator Snowe (who is a CFR member) and tell them you are not interested in this kind of repressive, un-elected, world dictatorship. Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) has entered H.R. 1146 in the US Congress to withdraw the US from the UN and it is gaining moderate support.
