That we, Remedious De La Cruz, Cleopatra De La Cruz, and Menzi De La Cruz- Langit, Adjudicate unto ourselves the a forementioned parcel of land of the deceased Jose De La Cruz, Juan De La Cruz, Silvestre De La Cruz and Macaria De La Cruz. NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises and involving the provisions of Section I, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, We hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the aforsaid Parcels of Land of the deceased subject to Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court.
