That we, Remedious De La Cruz, Cleopatra De La Cruz, and Menzi De La Cruz- Langit, Adjudicate unto ourselves the a forementioned parcel of land of the deceased Jose De La Cruz, Juan De La Cruz, Silvestre De La Cruz and Macaria De La Cruz. NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises and involving the provisions of Section I, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, We hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the aforsaid Parcels of Land of the deceased subject to Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court. DECLARETH FURTHER That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE THOUSAND ( P 133,000.00 )PESOS, Philippines Currency paid to us to our entire and complete satisfaction by MARY NYRE DAWN S. ALCANTARA married to ELMER ALCANTARA. And AVELINO C. SALES,JR. ,married to Karen C. Sales, GRACE CHRISTINE C. SALES and CLARISSA C. SALES all of legal age, all Filipino Citizens and residents of Brgy. 13 # 50 Gen. Segundo Ave., Laoag City, hereby CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of ABSOLUTE SALE all our rights, participations and interest in the abovedescribed Parcel of Land unto the said MARY NYRE DAWN S. AFFIRMATION OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This is to acknowledge receipt from MARY NYRE DAWN S. ALCANTARA at, the amount of Eighty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Seven Pesos ( P88,667.00) as proceeds for 2/3 share of Lot No. 23586.
