FINAL REPORT OF THE EVENT

CONCLUSION
After the honest efforts and hard work of BJ (MC)-5TH sem and the support from the side of teachers and college management and the most important from the rotary club and not to forget the huge participation from the faculty, college staff, the students of college (BJ (MC), B.ED, B.B.A) and few outsiders who contributed to this social cause had made the event a huge success which we all are proud off. The spirit, enthusiasm and coordination and active participation of the students, faculty and college staff was highly praised by the members of the rotary club.

LIMITATIONS
But being the students of event management, we have to accept the fact that no event is perfect to the core. So a few limitations which I noticed and analyzed during the event were in the time management, staffing and hospitality area as there was no proper arrangement of chairs for donors to sit down and wait for their turn to donate blood also the estimation regarding the quantity of refreshments to be supplied was not proper, a few things were ordered last minute and also a few volunteers were not present at the given time period. But in spite of all that the event has turned out to be a huge success filling all of us with the feeling of pride, pleasure and peace and our purpose of the event has fully accomplished.
