GETTING STARTED
WELCOME TO BUSINESS INTERNET BANKING from Zions Bank (www.zionsbank.com/biz). You now
have the ability to check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, make tax payments, perform direct deposits to employees, and more. And with multi-user access, you can assign varying levels of control to your employees.
SECURENTRY SET-Up
GO TO THE ZIONS BANK HOME pAGE Using your Internet browser, go to www.zionsbank.com (no special software required).
COMpANY ID Once youre enrolled, just enter your company ID and Password here, then click on GO. Forget your Password? Just select PASSWORD RESET.
SELECT AN IMAGE Click the CHANGE IMAGE link (below the default picture) to view other images.
SELECT AN IMAGE Click the NEXT PAGE or PREV. PAGE buttons to view your choice of images. Then click on an image to select it.
SELECT A SECURITY pHRASE Enter a security phrase that is different from your Internet Banking password and click CONTINUE. The phrase should be a minimum of six and maximum of 30 characters, including spaces. NOTE: You do not need to memorize this phrase, but you should be able to recognize it.
SELECT CHALLENGE QUESTIONS Select your first challenge question from the dropdown list and enter the answer. Repeat for Challenge Questions 2 and 3. Then click the CONTINUE button.
CONFIRM YOUR pREFERENCES Review your SecurEntryTM preferences. If you want to change information, click the EDIT button. To save your preferences, click the SUBMIT button.
USING SECURENTRY TM After you have gone through the SecurEntryTM setup process, your Internet Banking login experience will change slightly. You will perform these steps the first time you log in from any computer.
LOG IN TO INTERNET BANKING Enter your Login ID/User Name in the INTERNET BANKING LOGIN section and click the GO button. You will enter your password later in the login process. (Initially, the password field may still display. If it does, enter your password as normal.)
As an added security measure, you will be asked to change your password the first time you login. Make certain you choose a password that is easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess.
CHANGE pASSWORD
Passwords must be between 8-15 characters. Passwords must contain at least one digit and one letter. Passwords may not contain special characters ($, @, &, etc.). Passwords may not contain the word password. Avoid birthdays, names of children, and other obvious words. Select SUBMIT PASSWORD to continue.
CHOOSE pASSWORD
VERIFY YOUR IMAGE AND pHRASE Verify the image and phrase matches that you selected when you set up SecurEntryTM. Then type your Internet Banking password and click LOG IN. Every time you login, you will need to validate the site and enter your password.
ANSWER A CHALLENGE QUESTION The first time you login using SecurEntryTM from any computer, you will need to answer one of the challenge questions that you selected when you set up SecurEntryTM. NOTE: The challenge question is picked randomly from the three questions you selected during setup.
REGISTER YOUR COMpUTER Select YES and then click the CONTINUE button. NOTE: Registering a computer eliminates the need to answer a challenge question in the future when using that computer to access Internet Banking. IMPORTANT! The first time you login with any computer, it will not be recognized. We strongly recommend you only register your personal computers.
ACCOUNT pREFERENCES Once youve logged into your account, you will see the ACCOUNT BALANCES page. From here you can access a variety of features like viewing transactions, paying bills, transferring funds, etc.
GETTING AROUND Use these navigation bars to see transactions, transfer funds, pay bills, set preferences, etc. It all starts here.
CHECK BALANCES View the balances for each of your accounts on a single easyto-read screen.
The first thing you will see when you complete the initial login process is the Preferences screen. Before you can access other areas of the site, including your account balance screens, you must set up entitlements. User Entitlement refers to the amount of access given to each employee. You may wish to entitle one employee with the ability to make funds transfers, and entitle another employee with the ability to view accounts only.
All users on the account are listed here. If you enrolled a user and the user is not listed, contact Online Banking Support at 800-787-0673.

Select the name of the user who you wish to entitle. Remember, even if you are the only user on the system, you must entitle yourself to gain access to accounts.
ENTITLING A USER
Enter the number of days you would like to pass before requiring a user to change his or her password. It is recommended that users change their passwords every 30 days.
USER STATUS
Selecting this box will allow the user to authorize transactions that require dual authorization.
Selecting this box will make the user a Company System Administrator (CSA). A CSA has the ability to change user profiles and access Business Bill Pay.

SECURITY LEVEL
To give the user full access to all features on all accounts, select FULLY ENTITLE USER FOR ALL ACCOUNTS, then select PREVIEW USER. To limit user access, select ENTITLE USER LIMITED ACCESS FOR SPECIFIC ACCOUNTS, then click on ACCOUNTS to define access.
USER ACCESS
If you did not fully entitle the user for all accounts, determine which accounts the user may access, and what the level of access will be for each account. Follow the directions below to give the user specific entitlements to each account.
These limits apply only to Employee Direct Deposit and Tax Payments. They can be set as low as $1.
Selecting this will give the user access to all the items listed below.
USER ACCESS
Current DayAllows user to view current day transactions on this account. Previous DayAllows user to view previous day transactions on this account.
INFORMATION REpORTING
Bill PayDisregard. Only Company System Administrators (CSAs) have access to Bill Pay. Direct DepositAllows user to deposit funds to external accounts. TaxAllows user to make tax payments. TransferAllows user to transfer funds between accounts.
pAYMENTS
ChecksAllows user to reorder checks on this account. Stop PayAllows user to stop payment on a traditional check.
SERVICES
When you have completed all the information on the ENTITLE ACCOUNTS page, select PREVIEW ACCOUNT. You will then see the PREVIEW ACCOUNT page. When you are satisfied with the changes, select SUBMIT ACCOUNT.
Dual Authorization enables a company to require TWO Company System Administrators (CSAs) to make changes to a users entitlements. One CSA must make the change and another CSA must approve the change. An example is included below to demonstrate how to approve changes made to a user profile. (Note: the following only applies to clients with optional Dual Authorization.)

If a users profile requires approval, you will see Approval Required in the approval status column. Select APPROVAL REQUIRED to approve entitlements.
All user entitlements are shown on this screen, not just those which were changed. Review all entitlements to make sure they are correct.
If you are satisfied with the user entitlements, select I ACCEPT. If you do not want to accept the user entitlements, select I DECLINE. If you would like, you can enter comments in the Memo field that will be displayed in the Approval Status column.
Congratulations! You are now ready to bank online with Business Internet Banking.

Once you have logged into your account, you will see the BALANCES page. This is your starting point. From here you can access a variety of features like viewing transactions, paying bills, transferring funds, and more.
GETTING AROUND
Use this navigation bar to view balances, transfer funds, pay bills, make payroll and tax payments, re-order checks and much more.
View the balances for each of your accounts on a single easy-to-read screen.
CHECK BALANCES
First, select the account you want to view and click here to instantly display transactions from the previous day or an up-to-the-minute list of todays transactions.
VIEW TRANSACTIONS
View your transactions for the past four months by using the VIEW ACCOUNT option.
CUSTOMIZED VIEW
See transactions as far back as four months. Just enter the FROM and TO dates and select CHANGE VIEW. Or just choose the number of days to display and click CHANGE VIEW.
To view current day transactions detail, click on CURRENT DAY. For transaction history, click on PREVIOUS DAY.
Locate and view detailed information about specific transactions. You can access this feature by clicking a check number that appears in the list on the ACCOUNTS ACTIVITY or TRANSACTION SEARCH RESULTS page. To see a copy of a check, just click it.
You will see a scanned image for all checks cleared in your account and deposit slips. A text description appears for other transaction types.

You can download your transactions to Quicken (2003 and newer), any Microsoft Money version, and Quickbooks (2003 and newer). Just select the accounts, dates of activity, and the name of the software and click DOWNLOAD.
Choose from Quicken (comma separated), Microsoft Money (MS Money) or Quickbooks (QIF Download).
SELECT ACCOUNTS
Choose activity dates by clicking ALL TRANSACTIONS SINCE LAST DOWNLOAD or entering specific start and end dates.
You can search for a specific transaction or a group of transactions by date, number, or amount.
SEARCH BY DATE
Use the field on the left to search for a specific date or use the fields on the right to search for a range.

Use the field on the left to search for a specific check number or use the fields on the right to search for a range.
Use the field on the left to search for a specific amount or use the fields on the right to search for a range.
SEARCH BY AMOUNT
Save time by creating templates for your regular tax payments and employee direct deposits.
Select a previously defined template for your direct deposits and tax payments.
VIEW TEMpLATES
View the list of recipients that you have previously set up to receive direct deposits and tax payments.
VIEW RECIpIENTS
A recipient is an individual to whom you make a business banking payment. As you create recipients, they are added to your Recipient List where you can access them for future payment instructions.
CREATE A NEW RECIpIENT
RECIpIENTS
You can create a recipient or edit existing recipients in this section, or while creating or editing a template.
Choose the Recipient Type and then fill in the recipients information.
To split your employees payment into multiple accounts, click on OPTIONAL SETTINGS and enter the secondary account information.
Enter the recipients bank information (account type, account number, ABA routing/transit number, etc.).
You can create your own bank list. To add a bank to your list, go to the ADMIN section and click on the BANKS link.

To create a template for your regular tax payments or employee direct deposits, click the PAYMENTS tab and then select CREATE A NEW TEMPLATE.
CHOOSE pAYMENT TYpE
Select the type of payment for which you are creating a template. Give your template a name and select CONTINUE.
CHOOSE ACCOUNT
Click here to open a list of pre-defined recipients. Select the recipients you want to pay and then click SUBMIT RECIPIENTS.
CHOOSE RECIpIENTS
If you would like to verify the recipients account information, you can choose the PRENOTE option. If a prenote is rejected, you will be notified through a secure message.

Enter the amount you wish to pay to each recipient. If this is a tax payment template, choose the type of tax payment to make.
Prior to submitting the template, you can click here to preview. If the information is correct, click SUBMIT TEMPLATE.
pREVIEW TEMpLATE
Create a new tax payment or a direct deposit payment to your employees by clicking PAYMENTS and then CREATE A NEW PAYMENT.
When you create a new payment, you can choose to pay from a pre-defined template or enter a payment without a template.

Enter the date when the payment should be made. The system automatically displays the earliest available date. Select the payment frequency. You can create one-time payments or recurring payments that repeat automatically.
Click here to open a list of pre-defined recipients. Select the recipients you want to pay and then click SUBMIT RECIPIENTS.

To submit the payment, click PREVIEW PAYMENT, then confirm the information on the next page and click SUBMIT PAYMENT.

MESSAGE CENTER
Before you can pay bills, you need to tell us whom you want to receive the funds. A payee can be anyone, from the electric company to your janitorial service. Set-up is easy and only needs to be done once for each payee.
Easily add a new payee from the Payee Management section by clicking on ADD A NEW PAYEE.
Choose from a list of payees or enter the payees name, account number (where applicable), address, and phone, then click CONTINUE.

Keep yourself organized by creating categories for your payments. You can add categories from the PAYEE MANAGEMENT, MANAGE CATEGORIES page.
Click on ADD CATEGORY, create your new category, and click ADD A NEW CATEGORY.

You can change your categories at any time. To delete a category, select DELETE, then SAVE CHANGES.

Making payments with Bill Pay is easier than writing a check. Just click the PAYMENTS tab, then choose MAKE A PAYMENT. Schedule all your payments here. Pay them all on one day or stagger them over the course of a year.
SELECT THE ACCOUNT
MAKING pAYMENTS
Choose the Zions Bank checking account from which you would like to use funds.
Enter the amount you wish to pay. Pay one bill or multiple bills at the same time.
ENTER AMOUNT
You can schedule a payment up to one year in advance. Remember to schedule the payment over four days in advance to make sure the payee has time to process it by the due date. To verify payments, click CONTINUE.
Reference your invoices, bills, credit memos, or prepaid checks by clicking on MAKE A PAYMENT WITH INVOICES.
Use the pull-down menu to select the person or company you want to pay.
Pay any amount you choose, from any eligible Zions Bank checking account.
INVOICE INFORMATION
Pay regularly occurring bills for a fixed amount, such as rent, car lease, or loan payments. You can have payments made at any frequency, from weekly to annually.
Manual payments can be easily converted to scheduled recurring payments. Complete the payee payment options for the desired payee and well take care of the rest.
ENTER AMOUNT
If you are paying towards a total amount, divide that total by the amount of each payment to determine the number of payments.

An e-bill (electronic bill) is a bill that you can view and pay online through Zions Bank Business Bill Pay. E-bills contain the same information found in a paper bill, but are usually easier to pay. All you have to do is click PAY.
ADD AN E-BILL
Some payees can provide an electronic version of your bill. Setting up receipt of e-bills from these payees is easy. You may do this when initially setting up your payee or later from your payee list.
The Bill Inbox page lists all of your new and unpaid e-bills. You can view, pay, and file e-bills from this page. After you pay an e-bill, it is listed on the Payment Records page, where you can still view and file the e-bill.
When you receive a new e-bill, it appears on the BILL INBOX page, where you can view and pay the e-bill.
Choose the bill you wish to pay and click PAY BILL in the BILL VIEW page.
ENTER AMOUNT
Enter a payment date. The payment date is the date that you want the payee to receive the payment. If you schedule a payment to start processing on a weekend or holiday, we automatically move the payment date to the previous business day.
ENTER DATE
Select the payment account from which you want to withdraw your payment and click CONTINUE.
Viewing or editing your payment accounts and viewing your personal profile are just a click away under the Funding ACCOUNTS and ADMINISTRATION tabs.
VIEW/EDIT/DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
To view or change your funding accounts, click on EDIT in the Funding page. You may also delete a funding account by selecting DELETE. For additional support please contact customer service at 800-787-0673
View your address, telephone number, e-mail address, and e-mail preferences by clicking on the ADMINISTRATION tab.

TRANSFER FUNDS
Move your money between Zions Bank accounts, pay loans, and overdraft accounts, and even send money to a friend or family member with a Zions Bank account. Its a snap with Business Internet Banking.
See transfers as far back as four months. Just enter the FROM and TO dates and select CHANGE VIEW.
You can edit any scheduled transfers by clicking on the highlighted link under the FROM ACCOUNT section.
Choose the source and destinations accounts, the transfer amount and the date of the transfer.
Make an immediate transfer, a one-time transfer on any business day you choose, or a recurring transfer.
Adding additional transfer accounts allows you to transfer money to accounts other than your own.
Want to send a payment to a friend? Set up a transfer to your friend by clicking on ADD FRIENDS ACCOUNT AT ZIONS. All you need is your friends account number to complete the transaction.

You can request a copy of a check, deposit, withdrawal, or statement. Just click on CUSTOMER SERVICE.
ORDER A COpY OF CHECK
All you need is the check number, amount, and the date the check cleared.
Need a copy of a deposit slip or a savings withdrawal slip? Just click here to order it online.
Need a copy of a missing statement? Order copies of past monthly statements here.
Need more checks? You select the style, quantity, and how youd like them sent. You can also initiate stop payments.
You can customize your checks by selecting the account, style, quantity, and preferred shipping method.

Place a stop payment request on a check. Include check number, date written, amount, and payee.
STOp pAYMENT
If you need to contact a Zions Bank online representative, click MESSAGES on the page. You can send secure messages and receive messages, MyAlertsTM, and other information from us. We encourage you to contact us through the Messages feature rather than through regular e-mail. The Messages feature is secured and protects any sensitive information that may be included in your message, such as account numbers or passwords. Regular e-mail is not secure.
Use the Secure Message option to send and receive messages. Just click on the SEND SECURE MESSAGE link found on the MESSAGE page, choose the group you want to send the message to, and write your message.

ACTIVATE/DE-ACTIVATE USERS
You can delete a user by selecting the user and then clicking the DELETE button.

Checking this box designates the user as a Company System Administrator (CSA), which includes the ability to edit other users entitlements settings and access to the optional Business Bill Pay service.

Can this user approve transfers, direct deposits and tax payments? You decide. This feature is available if you have dual authorization activated.
Click an account name to open another screen where you can control the users transaction limits for direct deposit and tax payments, and also specific tasks that the user can perform on that account.
The Preferred Bank feature allows you to customize a list of banks commonly used in your daily business transactions. When you or your employees create payments, recipients, or templates, you can use this list to select bank information rather than typing the information each time it is requested.
Click BANKS on the ADMIN page to view existing banks or to create a new bank.
Add a bank by including bank name, address, and ABA routing/transit information unique to your bank account.

Use this screen to add nicknames, change display options and change the number of days that can be seen in your transactions history.
NICKNAME YOUR ACCOUNTS
If you have an account that you do not want displayed on the BALANCES screen, de-select the DISPLAY check box to hide the account on the BALANCES screen.

Change the number of days that can be seen in transaction history. You can go back as far as four months or 122 days.

Create a MyAlerts to be notified regarding balance conditions of your account, such as balance over or balance under, or to notify you of disallowed or failed payments or transfers.

To create a Daily Balance alert, just select the account, frequency, start date and delivery method. Its that easy.
With Personal Reminders, you can set up notifications to help you remember specific events like birthdays, appointments, or tax dates.
pERSONAL REMINDERS
It is easy to create a new reminder. Just type your reminder, include a message (if you would like), and set the frequency.
You can choose the notification type for each reminder. Remember, delivery methods can be created or modified in PREFERENCES under EDIT MyAlert ADDRESSES.
