Think back to the day you first joinedThirty-One. You started this business with contagious excitement and enthusiasm. You knew this opportunity would help you create the life of your dreams. Today, there may be a gap between the life you envisioned and the one you are currently living. Disappointment may be settling in and you wonder if its really possible to create both a thriving life and a prosperous business. In working with direct sales professionals, there are two key factors that can become roadblocks to the greater success you desire:
* A Lack of Clarity - You might be doing everything you need to achieve your business vision, yet find
yourself working harder than you really want to, compromising whats important in your life.
* Comparing Your Success to Others - You compare what youve achieve to the results of others.
Instead of being motivated, you feel defeated and minimize the results you have already accomplished.
Step #4) Consistently refer to your values lists as you go through your daily activities. Assess how well you are honoring your values. Reveal your truest self.

Articulate Your Deepest Motivation - Its important to know why you are here on this earth, living this life, because it will help you discover the purpose for your business. Notice the change in focus to why you are here from why are you in yourThirty-One business. Shifting the focus in this way takes the spotlight off how you will benefit from yourThirty-One business and places attention on what you bring to others through it.
* How are others transformed by your true self? * What themes are emerging?
Step #2) Write out your mission statement starting with the word to. Step #3) Post your mission statement on your wall and read it daily. Use it as a personal affirmation. Step #4) Share your mission statement with your spouse and your team. Ask people to hold you accountable to living your mission with intention and person. Step #5) Evaluate the impact you are having in your life using your mission statement. Make ongoing choices that support your mission so that the quality of your life and your business results continue to improve.
The true measure of your success comes from within as your perception of prosperity is expanded to include both your passion and purpose.
