Think back to the day you first joinedThirty-One. You started this business with contagious excitement and enthusiasm. You knew this opportunity would help you create the life of your dreams. Today, there may be a gap between the life you envisioned and the one you are currently living. Disappointment may be settling in and you wonder if its really possible to create both a thriving life and a prosperous business. In working with direct sales professionals, there are two key factors that can become roadblocks to the greater success you desire:

* A Lack of Clarity - You might be doing everything you need to achieve your business vision, yet find
yourself working harder than you really want to, compromising whats important in your life.

* Comparing Your Success to Others - You compare what youve achieve to the results of others.
Instead of being motivated, you feel defeated and minimize the results you have already accomplished.

* IGNITE YOUR PASSION *

Passion comes from within and is more than the enthusiasm you have for your company, business opportunity and products. Its about knowing what really makes you come alive and leveraging this in a way that creates greater meaning, adds value and makes an impact--not just for you--but also for those you influence and serve. Solidify your personal values You have a unique and exclusive set of personal values that define who you are at the core. Your values give rich insight into what is most important to you and what you are passionate about.This provides a solid foundation for making purposeful life choices and business decisions. Your values act as an internal compass to identify what makes you come alive as you find inner peace. When your values are excluded from your decision-making, you experience frustration and lack of fulfillment.

What words would the people in the room use to describe her demeanor, her impact and the energy she brings? Write down at least three additional characteristics that describe this womans essence. Step #3) Read this list of descriptors aloud. Immerse yourself by repeatedly verbalizing the list. Feel into her heart. Experience her presence internally as you visualize her being right there in the room with you. Step #4) As you connect with her, imagine this woman has a name that describes who she is at the core. Allow your heart to guide you as you creatively capture all of these qualities into an adjective or phrase that describes her. Dont over-think her name. Examples of the true names of women with whom Ive worked are: Passionate Radiance, Alive and On Purpose, and Brilliantly Sassy Step #5) Imagine wearing a name tag each day with the name of your true self on it. Be this woman. Let her make the choices for your life and business, using your personal values as a guide.
