______________________________________________________________________________ Introduction: Number Portability is rapidly growing as one of the best tools of marketing across the world. It is one of the best ways to connect with the masses. InNumber Portability, a bulk changing network service is used. It is a service in which a single user can be used to a number of best companies at the same time. It is cheap, simple and extremely cost effective. With the ongoing worldwide recession, competition is increasing and many big organizations are finding new ways to advertise their products and services in a cost effective way. Number Portability is surely one of the best ways to promote services while creating a positive impact on the customers.

Research Objectives: The purpose of this was to know about the factors that attract the customers to change their network and the advantages which companies get.

Literature Review: Mobile marketing is a dynamic and cutting-edge channel of communication for Number Portability. Before evaluating whether there is a future for mobile network, it would be sensible to analyze the current literature in this area. To begin with, this report will look into the growth of the mobile phone globally and how the term mobile marketing has developed. The key issue is whether or not mobile marketing presents marketers with golden opportunities to reach their target users; the danger is consumers will find network change campaigns an invasion of personal space, discarding all types of Number Portability received in such a way.

My research about Number Portability that the organization which has adopted Number Portability either get benefit or not. My research is exploratory research. Because no one conduct research in Pakistan. First research is conducted by me on Number Portability scope in customer mind. Ether it is beneficial or not. Customers have positive thinking about Number Portability. I take help from this research in making conclusion.

Problem statement: Which product attribute, Brand Attribute/Cost value are more powerful in driving Mobile Number Portability?

Theoretical Framework: Some are the factors which I found from literature review that effect the number Portability are mobile number portability is a dependent variable and brand attribute and cost value are the independent variables.
