NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 15 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, His Excellency the Governor of Andhra Pradesh is pleased to appoint the following persons as State Information Commissioners in Andhra Pradesh Information Commission from the date of assumption of Office. (1) Sri C.Madhukar Raj, IFS(Retd.) (2) Sri S.Prabhakar Reddy, IPS(Retd.) (3) Sri P.Vijay Babu, Journalist (4) Sri M.Ratan, IPS (Retd.) 2. The State Information Commissioners shall hold office for five years or the date of attainment of the age of sixty five years whichever is earlier. Their conditions of service shall be as specified in Section 16 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
