Debs, an American union leader and activist who led the Pullman Railroad Strike in 1894. An assortment of Belgian Specialty Malts form a complex structure of toasted grain and caramel flavors. Dark chocolate malt makes this porter black as night and infuses it with its distinct intense chocolate essence. THE BRUERY 6-GEESE-A-LAYING 11.5% abv (Placentia, CA) .2L7.5 This 6th beer in The Bruery 12 Days of Christmas series is a return to the more classic dark and toasty winter ale, following the appropriately blonde 5 Golden Rings. VRAIN TRIPEL 9.0% abv (Longmont, CO) .2L7 Left Hands take on a Belgian Style Tripel, with a spicy aroma and hints of wild flower honey and orange blossom. LEFT HAND FADE TO BLACK 2013 7.2% abv (Longmont, CO) .4L Tulip6 Left Hand brews this beer for that time of year when the day seems to fade away. Each years batch is a different beast, but they are all non-traditional, kick-you-in-the-ass spiced ales that mirror the available sunlight from October through March. The name stays the same, but the stly is always different. Not many barrels made it our way this year and we were lucky enough to get one. THE LOST ABBEY MERRY TAJ IPA 8.0% abv (San Marcos, CA) .4L Tulip7.5 This extra hoppy IPA, the first on the Lost Abbey roster, was able to take advantage of some of the freshest hops available, five total (Chinook, Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade and Simcoe), used throughout the brewing process. It begins with an aroma of crisp floral notes of citrus rind and tropical fruit. Initial flavors of clean sweet caramel will give way to a spicy bitter finish thanks to the Simcoe hops. The name is a play on a term from the wine world, Meritage, which loosely translated means A damn fine blend (of hops in this case). NORTH COAST WINTERTIME ALE 5.3% abv (Ft.
