Respected sir, Cancer, a word which make fear in every one now a days. but I said I am fearing with the treatment of cancer, chenotherapy, radiation, surgery, are not not successfull in curing patient of metastatic cancer, that has aleady spread from a primery tumor. Because they kill large number of normal cells, chemotherapy and radiation tend to have serious side effects, in addition to having limited curative value for more advanced cancers. There is hope from the decades that some therapies like wich target on cancer cells, and leaving normal cells untouch. It can be targeted perticular gene whose inactivation leaves the cancer cells unable to grow or survive, o it can be targeted to the cancer cells of a perticular patient based on there unique pattern of somatic mutations. Although the cure rate for most type of cancers has not improved significantly over the past fifty to fifty five years. From the year I started my BSc, I always heared that biotechnology will change the treatment procedure with this target based therapy. There will be no more chemotherapy or radiation to the patient of cancer. But till now I did not find any treatment like these. Now a days there are so many patients, who were dyeing because they can not handle chemotherapy or radiation. As per your topic Targeting the mitochondria dependent and independent apoptotic signaling by Nanoparticulate drug conjugate to induce apoptosis in cancer cells, directly inducing apoptosis in only cancer cell, the concept is really enthiciastic for me, I am very interested to work on cancer cells. When I saw your add on helpbiotech.com, I went very deep in this topic and ound very interesting to work. I just need a good opportunity to prove my self.
