Standard PCR TD30 assigns DWS dynamically to EE who cannot be allocated a fixed schedule. First it checks whether there is a substitution record for the EE on the current day. If not, operation DYNDP assigns a DWS dynamically. The return code set by operation DYNDP is used by operation RETCD to decide how the system reacts to the situations that occur when DWS are assigned dynamically. If the return code is 2 or 4, operation COLER issues a message.
Example:
PA 30 -Maintain Master data Employee planned working time as on 01-04-2008 (IT0007 Work Schedule)
Actually the employee is supposed to work 06:0014:00 on 1st April which can be seen above but I have entered the clock in as 10:00 and clock out as 18:00. Transaction PT60 - Time evaluation
The above information was given due to the dynamic work schedule assignment. The system has automatically picked up the GENR schedule. Check the entry in the PSP table which can be seen below. It will show as GENR in the DWS field, even tough the work schedule for 1st April is SFT1 (06:0014:00).
