Deft in ensuring adherence to quality & production systems such as ISO 9000, 14000/ TS 16949. Optimizing Production by incorporating Jigs Fixtures and SPMS in coordination with production Deptt. Analyzing quality problems and monitoring of countermeasures of in-house reject parts. Up gradation of Supplier by doing Suppliers Process audit. New product development at supplier end. Re-evaluation of ECN (Engineering Change note) issued for the component. CFT leader for New Product Development of parts. Established HVPT (High Volume Production Trial) & Initial period Control for new project.

Successfully established the Machining & Assembly Line for MUL (A-Star Project) Successfully complete the MSIL-YP-8 (New Swift) and YL-8 (Ertiga) Project and achieve zero customer complain during initial period control. Successfully completed the Honda and Nissan Project. Efficiently achieved zero rejection in model machine under the Guidance of Mr. Wadood being a leader of TPM team. Proved pivotal in reducing the set-up time by 50% by means of TPM methodology.
