DIAGNOSIS ON PUBLIC SPACES PRESENCE OF TREES

Although there are a lot of trees within the urban space in Ciudad de los ngeles, about the 35% of the public space into the area consists in spaces with few or no trees. Trees always suppose a reduction of the fraction of the sight of the sky, and they are an obstacle to naturallight. In spite of this, they are a good protection against heat in summer. However, we may consider, generally within the public space, a wide angle of sight facing the sky can be seen

DIAGNOSIS ON BUILDING STATUS BUILDING AGE AND CRITICAL FACADES

The analysis of this fact was related either to the age of the building or the amount of sun radiation public space receives. The facades more critical related to winter conditions are the ones facing to colder public spaces. However, the facades more critical related to summer conditions are the ones facing to hotter public spaces. In both casses the more crytical facades facing weatherizarion are in the older buildings because of the running down of both materials and facades.
