Vacancies are liable to be changed at any time in public interest on administrative ground 1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :The minimum required educational qualification is middle with Hindi/Sanskrit from Board of School Education, Haryana or any other Board Recognized by it for all categories. 2. AGE:(a) For General category candidates the age will be 18 to 40 years. (b) Upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years for SC/BC candidates of Haryana and Ex-Serviceman of Haryana as per Govt. instructions. (c) Benefit of reservations shall be admissible to SC/BC/ESM/ Sportsperson candidates of Haryana State only.

APPLICATION FEE :-

Every application should be accompanied with Indian Postal order/Bank Draft for payment of Rs. 100/- for General Category and Rs. 25/- for SC/BC/ESM/PH Category payable to the SE/ Project Circle, Panchkula. Indian postal order/Bank Draft in favour of Engineer-In-Chief, Irrigation Department Haryana or any other officer of the Irrigation Department, Haryana will not be considered. Number of IPO / Bank Draft must be mentioned in column No. 12 of application format.

Application received after 30.04.2012 will not be entertained and will summarily be considered rejected. No further correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

INTERVIEW / PERSONALITY TEST:All candidates shall be interviewed by the respective Selection Committee constituted by the department.

HOW TO APPLY :All the eligible Candidate may submit their application forms as per advertised Performa to the SE/Project Circle, Sinchai Bhawan, Sector-5, Panchkula. Candidate can apply for more than one post through single Application Form only, but he will fill in these posts in order of his preference at Sr. No. 4 of the Application Form. The Candidates are required to enclose a self addressed envelope with Rs. 5/- postage stamp affixed on and two passport size

photographs duly signed alongwith the application form. Application forms must be sent by registered post only to reach the SE/Project Circle, Sinchai Bhawan, Sector-5, Panchkula. 8. SELECTION PROCEDURE: After completion of registration and scrutiny of application forms candidates found eligible will be informed by sending call letters through post regarding the place, date and time of interview. In addition to the above, information shall also be displayed on the website of the department i.e. www.hid. gov.in. 9. On selection, the candidates will be appointed with the condition that they will serve in Bhakra Beas Management Board at least for 20 years and if there is any promotion in the intervening period, BBMB would be competent to effect proforma promotion with consent of the department. 10.
