Item Restructuring the organisation to be more proactive Approach -Executive _ Overall Coordinator of CEMES_ Kenya and thematic heads as deputies, Secretary and treasurer and a patron -Towards a thematic area approach to governance as autonomous entities Product -A governance structure that provides a better democratic space and independence but with more accountability At least 5-Existing ones_thematic areas: -Monitoring and Evaluation applications and development -Research and development -Sustainable Development (Climate Change Perspectives; Finance and social skills, livelihoods) -Poverty and better livelihoods Organisation development -Capacity Building on identified areas -Other as need arises To come up with the state of M&E in etc..country To create a panel of practitioners to deliberate on the tool and the content for information suitable_ Basically government officers, consultants of evaluation, Civil society and private sector -Review existsing one and contextualise it for use in current situation_ Note:This is based on frame the author has used before to start a network of research across 5universities -Network framework and to establish institutions and universities who are interested -Seek partnership from evaluation organisations for collaborartion Putting together experience and knowledge on River Catchment development and M&E Mainstreaming climate change into government programmes_ water resource management_ Creating a dialogue to address impact criteria to ensure better livelihoods and environmental sustainability_ between Basedon on-going work by the originator of this document in works on M&E Systems for Kenya To establish dialogue with such Stage of development and evidence A write up n new strategic approach_ draft ready for dialogue
