Dayo Osholowu Medical Practice Group Dr Dayo Osholowu has also been appointed by the Board of the Future Project as a Director. He will lead the future awards alumni network in this position. He will be giving an opening speech on The Nigeria Symposium for Young & Emerging Leaders presented by The Future Project & First Bank; in association with Enough is Enough Nigeria and the International Republican Institute. The Symposium on governance and leadership holds on March 19 & 20 with the main event taking place on March 19 at the Shell Hall of the Muson Centre, Lagos and the Headline Speaker is Obiageli Ezekwesili, the World Bank Vice-President for Africa. The theme for the Symposium has also been updated to The Challenge of Responsible Governance: How Can This Generation Do Better? Earlier this year Dr Adedayo Osholowu was recognized by the Nigerian Economic Forum as one of Nigerias emerging young entrepreneurs in November 2011. He was also recognized in 2010 as one of the 10 most promising entrepreneurs in the African Tourism industry by African Investor Magazine for his unusual skill, courage and vision as an Entrepreneur. Dayo has held several executive leadership positions in Africa including roles with the FIFA 2010 South Africa World Cup Organizing Committee Medical Team and as one of the Directors of the Special Olympics International Healthy Athletes Program in Africa since 2008. He was honoured in 2009 with the Nigerian Young Professional of the Year award and was in 2010 again nominated for this award and formally recognized by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Jonathan Goodluck and the VP of the World Bank for Africa Oby Ezekeseli for his exceptional professional career.
