PUBLIC CALL/ NOTICE 2012 MISSOURI DEMOCRATIC PARTY JACKSON COUNTY DELEGATE SELECTION MASS MEETING.

AII Democrats in Jackson County interested in participating in the delegate selection process should gather at designated areas in their Ward or Township, on Thursday, March 29, 2012. Doors open at 6:30 pm and will be closed at 7:30 pm. No late arrivals will be admitted to participate. This meeting will lead to the selection of Democratic delegates and alternates to the Democratic National Convention, to be rd held in Charlotte, NC during the week of September 3 , 2012. Persons elected on March 29th will attend the Congressional District meetings, April 26, 2012. They will have the opportunity to be elected as a Congressional District National Delegate or Alternate. They may attend the Missouri State Democratic Convention on June 9, 2012. Delegates and Alternates will be allocated to presidential candidates at the mass meeting. Participation is open to all voters who wish to participate as Democrats, who are residents of and registered voters in Jackson County, who are at least eighteen years of age, who declare themselves to be Democrats and are not members of any other political party.
