12. Where have you seen this value before? ________________________________ 13. What other tables contain REQUEST_GROUP_ID? ________________________ 14. Write down the RESPONSIBILITY_ID for the record you just created. _____________ The fields Web Host Name and Web Agent Name are used when the responsibility is accessible only through self-service web applications. At the bottom of this screen, there is a tab for Menu Exclusions. You could use this to exclude some of the submenus or functions from displaying. This allows you to use the same menu for multiple responsibilities. The other tabs in the bottom of this screen, called Excluded Items, and Securing Attributes, are used when you are creating a responsibility for Oracle Self-Service Web Applications (OSSWA). For example, if you wanted to create a responsibility which a customer would use for the Internet Receivables product (through which a customer can go to a web page and see how much money they owe you on invoices you have sent them), you would want to be able to secure the view of the data so that any customer contact could only see data for their company. In the Securing Attributes section of this screen, you could identify that the CUSTOMER_ID is the value you use to secure data, and then when you create a user for the customer and add this responsibility, you would provide a value for the CUSTOMER_ID.
