APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. This offer is valid for next 30 (Thirty) days. Contract Period to avail the mentioned service for minimum 3 (Three) years at quoted price. All the quoted prices are inclusive of VAT. The offer does not include the price of VPN device or any networking or power related devices. In any case, if any sort of tariff is imposed on radio link/Fiber connection by BTRC or any other government authority, above prices will remain as subjects to change. The minimum time for installation of the links are the following: a. 7. 8. 9. For connectivity by Fiber, the minimum time required is 7 (Seven) working days for each connection from the date of installation instruction by IBBL. All the Links will be provided via Link3 Base station; as per discretion of Link3 Technologies Limited, The Bank will arrange all necessary permission (as required) to install links at all above mentioned Branches/ATMs. If any damage is caused to the equipment due to misuse or negligence of IBBL, the Bank will pay the amount necessary to repair the device or replace the equipment at his own cost. The Equipments include Radio, Media Converters, Optical Network Unit, FO Patch Cord, Fiber Optic Cable, Adapters etc. The Damage defined as burn-out or damage caused to these equipments due to Power Problem, Serge, Fire, Lightening, Natural Disaster, Theft, Sabotage, Water Submerge, Contact with Water, Drop from Height, Mishandling by the Bank or its Representatives.
