Procedures:

(Details of techniques, data collection, data recording, etc.)

Knowing the importance of this culture of individual’s performance, the researcher will take the example of leading supermarket ‘Morrison plc’ where performance management is already a part of the organisational culture. But there are still individuals who do not know the importance of performance management and this is the reason. The results of this dissertation will also help to establish the relationship between levels of performance and non –financial reward. The dissertation is to use a combination of both primary and secondary research to ascertain whether mangers in Morrison are influencing their employees in order to perform well. This research will be using ‘scenario approach’ as the findings will apply to the case study. A questionnaire is a method of scenario approach. Case studies of ‘morissons plc’ situated in Camden town will take where researcher has working experience of 5 years. In order to gain acceptable results, it is important to collect and analyse the largest possible sample in accordance to time factor and budget. So, 20 samples will take to evaluate workforce performance and 20 samples will take to measure managerial efficiency to motivate people to perform well. To make sure the questions are credible, valid and reliable pilot test will be conducting. The researcher will carry on interviews to gather qualitative data, which allow a deeper exploration of the study.
