Dear Reader, Once again it is our pleasure to introduce you to the May edition of our monthly newsletter. Sadly last month due to our combined workload (and an Easter break) we were unable to push an April newsletter into reality, but rest assured we will more than make up for it over the coming months, as we have so much waiting in wings to tell you all about! But, getting back to the present, so far May has been more than a little manic, with our annual trip to London to exhibit at the prestigious Kensington Dolls House Festival and also behind the scenes there has been a flurry of activity in readiness for the launch of three brand new Petite Property kits! So if you are a 1:144th / Micro fan, we have some fabulous news just for you and now with the onset of summer we have also been inspired to create two versatile kits, just perfect for your quarter scale garden!

WebothhadawonderfultimeatthisyearsKensingtonDolls HouseFestivalanditwasfabuloustomeetinpersonsomany Beehivemembersandcatchupwithourwonderfulcustomers, AIMmembersandfriendsoverthecourseofthethreeday show! ThistimearoundtheKDFweekendwasalittlestarstuddedtoo, withseveralfamousfacesspottedinthebustlingcrowd! OnSaturdaytheatmospherewasfantasticandtherewasareal buzztotheshow,whichmeantthatwewerevery thankfulthatmyMotherInLawhadcomealong tohelpusonthatspecificday!

SadlyLondontransportwasnotashelpfuland visitorshadtonegotiatesomeseveretubeline closures,whichdidsomewhatdampenedand delaymanyoftheirtravelplans.

However,despitealltheproblemswiththe tube,miniaturistsyetagainprovedthat theywillletnothingstand betweenthemandamuchloved dollshousefair!!Sodespite delaysandasprinklingof railwaychaos,theshow wasasfantasticasever andMrBeaandIendedup havingourbestKDFtodate!

Throughouttheweekenditbecame apparenttousthatwehadreallystruckacord withournewmicrorangeofdollshousekits.Alsoour new48th'Leanto'and'GreenhouseKits'hadbothsold outbySunday,alongsidesomeofourbasichousekits too!

(NeedlesstosayMrBeaisnowgoingtohaveaVERYbusy coupleofweeksgettingreadyfortheYorkshow!!)

Aseveritwasanabsolutepleasuretoexhibitatthe KensingtonDollsHouseFestival,thequalityandstandardof theminiatureworkondisplaythere,quitesimplyalwaysstuns me.Butnow,withtheKensingtonSummerFestivaloverfor anotheryear,hereinthePetitePropertiesofficethoughtshave turnedtothebustlingYorkshownextmonth. Norestforthewickeditseems..!
