We ran a private practice, and of course, had no "IT" depa rtment to assist us with various computer issues. Jason's name was given to us, and we not only were happy with his work, but we essentially put him on a retai ner to keep us up and running at all times! He came to us to try and diagnose a network issue we couldn't solve that had bee n put in by another person. He not only diagnosed the problem, but completely r e-wired and re-worked our network. We immediately went from a "sort of" functio ning computer system to a well-oiled machine. Jason was always available to com

e in and help any of our staff, was available on the phone, immediately got back to us for issues, and was excellent at training all of us. He is patient, kind , and extremely knowledgeable. There came a point where we decided to implement an EMR system, and of course, n eeded to be HIPAA compliant. Jason was accredited in that, and made our EMR sys tem work well and we were compliant in every way with our requirements. He esta blished a large system of security for our computers and our office, incorporati ng back-up systems, security cameras, etc. It is my understanding that Jason has recently become CISSP certified, which is quite an accomplishment in and of itself; we were not surprised to hear that, th ough, as we know what the man is capable of. What we also always appreciated ab out Jason was that he was dependable, reliable, and honest. He has integrity, a nd he does what he says he'll do. We both would have Jason work for us again in a heartbeat. One of the greatest disappointments in closing our practice and moving was that we were going to be too far away from Jason to take advantage of his expertise! Anyone that hired Jason would be happy they had done so; this is a wonderful you ng man that would be an asset to any environment that needed a knowledgeable, co ol head to solve their problems. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any further questions. My c ell phone number is 320-212-3667. Sincerely, Jay and Jan Collins
