Sorted through complex financials, separated real estate ownership from multiple operat ing businesses and structured a complex deal, purchasing the business on favorab le terms. * Entrepreneurial General Management: Cofounded a recreational services company w/ 500,000 sf under ownership or management. Established the strategy, infrastr ucture, business processes, policies and procedures. Staffed the organization w ith high-performance managers and oversaw real estate, marketing, accounting and finance. Built the company of 150 F/T and 500 P/T employees from zero to $25M i n revenue at 12 locations. * Merger, Acquisition and Sale: Led merger and acquisition activities for recre ational services company. Acquired eight businesses and related real estate fro m initial contact through due diligence, term sheet negotiation, financing and i ntegration. Also managed the sale of the company achieving a 25x return for initial investors. Have been instrumental in nearly $45M of M&A projects . * Investor Value Creation: Raised initial equity for three businesses and built them further using multiple rounds of debt to avoid dilution. Created exit strategies, selected investment bankers, developed business plans and shopped bu sinesses to a select group of strategic acquirers. * Community Relations: Developed strong community relations in all the markets served.
