To make a call Lift handset and dial extension number or 9 and external number To transfer a call Whilst on a call, press the CNF/TRN key, dial the extension number or 9 and the external number, wait for a reply if you wish and hang-up to transfer. To Hold a call Press Hold once. Press Hold twice for exclusive hold To re-access a call on hold Press the line (plk) key To retrieve a call holding at another extension Press the line key that it is held on Note; (This will only work with line keys) To pick up a call ringing at another extension Press the pickup key and THEN Lift handset Note; if you have no pickup key, press #5 followed by the extension number you wish to answer. Paging To page all phones, lift handset and press the page key. Note; If you have no page key dial #30 To page an individual phone Dial the extension number followed by 1 To notify an extension of a call holding Upon receipt of a busy tone, press 2. The busy extension will begin to ring and your extension number will display on their screen. Automatic call back Upon receipt of a busy tone, dial 4 and hang-up. Your phone will notify you when the extension is free. To cancel automatic call back Lift handset and dial #43 Do Not Disturb (DND) If you have a DND key press to engage your phone, press again to free your phone

DIVERT YOUR CALLS To Divert your calls to another extension Press the SPK key Dial #601 to forward all calls, Enter extension number Press Redial to save To Cancel; Press SPK Dial #601 Lift up and hang down the receiver.

Speed Dials
Note; speed dial numbers save under codes as below Personal Speed Dials To store speed Dial numbers Press Redial followed by speed dial, enters in the first code (10-49), dial 9 followed by the telephone number and press redial to save System speed dials To store speed Dial numbers Press Redial followed by speed dial, enter in the first code (600-999), dial 9 followed by the telephone number and press redial to save TO DIAL OUT A SPEED DIAL NUMBER Lift handset, press speed dial followed by the code number.

Speaker Facilities Whilst on a call, press and hold the speaker key while replacing the handset Conference calls You may have a maximum of 4 parties at any one stage, and may only have a maximum of 2 external parties at any one stage. Dial the first number, when answered press Cnf/Trn, dial the second number, when answered press the Cnf/Trn key again, this will connect all 3 parties. To bring in another party, press the Cnf/Trn key and dial the 3rd party, when answered press Cnf/Trn again, this will connect all 4 parties. To Divert your calls to an external number You must store the number you wish to divert to under personal speed dial code 49. Once this is done, to divert your phone to that number, press the intercom key, dial in #670 and press the speaker key to set.

To cancel this Divert Press the intercom key, dial #670 and press Spkr key.
