Final recital payment is due on 1/15. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR YOUR CHILDS COSTUME, PLEASE SEE THE FRONT DESK. Costumes ordered at this time are subject to a $15 late order fee and are not guaranteed to be delivered in time for picture day.

Our 11th annual recital will be held at Lake Mary High School on Saturday, June 16, 2012. Mandatory dress rehearsal will be Friday, June 15, 2012, times to be determined. Mark your calendars and invite friends and family to be a part of the xtremely special event in your dancers life. Its not too late to participate in the Annual Recital! For a short time we can still order additional costumes. As a reminder, there is an additional costume cost for Child XL/Adult XL or Adult XXL sizes, this will be billed shortly (if applicable).
Information regarding specific dates & times for Recital pictures will be posted shortly. Please plan to be present for pictures, even though it may not be your regular scheduled class time or day. The purchase of pictures is optional; however, please participate so the class picture will be complete for those who do plan to purchase pictures. If you are not participating in the recital, have your dancer dress in dance attire or similar Studio will be closed: colors for the class picture. Spring Break- Monday, March 18th - Saturday,
March 24th. Classes will resume on Monday, March 26th.

Students entering class late can be very disruptive. It can also be uncomfortable for the dancer entering class late. Tuition Policies

Lost and Found

If you are missing items please check with the front desk. They will check the Lost and Found for you. For sanitary purposes any items containing food will be promptly disposed of. Anything left will be donated at the end of each month

Cover Ups
Please encourage your dancers to wear cover ups to and from classes, (especially older dancers) to maintain modesty.

Tuition is due and payable on or before the 1st day of each month Tuition is considered late on the 10th day of each month and an automatic $15.00 late fee will be assessed If tuition is received at the studio on or before the last day of the ensuing month you will receive a $5.00 merchandise credit. (ex. To receive the $5.00 credit for September payment must be received no later than August 31st.) If you are on auto bill, you will receive a $5 cash discount off tuition, which will be charged on the last day of the ensuing month. These discounts are only offered on full price tuition and not given if payment can not be processed. We do not send a monthly bill. A statement will only be sent if your account is past due. If you wish to begin paying through our auto bill option, forms must be received by the 15th of month in order to be processed for the upcoming month. You may pay your tuition by cash, check or Debit/Credit Card, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. When paying by check please include your childs full name (first and last). If for any reason you cannot make it to the studio, please call in your payment or mail it to Xtreme Dance Studio at: 4932 W SR46, Suite 1048, Sanford, FL 32771 The best compliment we can receive is your referral! As a thank you, receive $10 in a merchandise credit for every registered referral!

Attention Parents
For safety reasons it is xtremely important to keep siblings out of unoccupied rooms. There may be unsecured/unstable props being stored there. Please help us keep our viewing area clean by removing all food and drink items when you leave.
