Position Paper: 2 Content - Based Instruction, Task-Based Learning; Project Based Learning Content based instruction (CBI) is a teaching

method that emphasizes learning about something rather than learning about language. Is a teaching organized around the content or information that students will acquire, and not around the linguistic or other type of syllabus. Content refers to the substance or subject matter that we learn or communicate through language content rather than the language used to convey it. According to Brinton (1989) suggests that: English language is acquired successfully when learning conditions are similar like in the mother tongue acquisition. It means that students will acquire meaningful learning than grammatical form learning; however students work on meaningful activities developing language skills (reading, speaking, writing and listening) it is natural learning, such as children begin to learn to speak or walk. Language learning is more motivating when students are focusing on something other than language such as ideas issues and opinions, developing roles becoming autonomous, supporting their ideas and activating their interpreters of input. Thematic teaching the curriculum has to be organized according to interesting that they can organize into classrooms and schools, taking into account environment and the culture in language learning.

Task based learning, students carry out meaningful tasks where use the language in real situations, developing the oral language as the writing (reading books and creating histories daily). We need active students instead of passive receiving students of information that has to be memorized. It emphasizes in the communicative function of language. According to Duran and Ramaut. (2007, P47) state that: some teachers believe it is impossible for second language students to start using a language without explicitly knowing something about its simplest structure(syntax) and basic vocabulary first. However, there are some descriptions of task- based language learning for beginners. For instance, according to Duran and Ramaut. (2007, P47) investigate that: Willis (1996) gives an account of TBLT for beginner and young students, implying that task-based language learning in those groups is possible. Task-based approach can be suitable and practicable at basic language levels, using complete conditions at the level of the task design, and is important take into account the syllabus because we will illustrate our ideas in order to promote the early second language acquisition.

It is relevant that students develop Project work into language classroom because Project works promote meaningful students engagement with language and content learning. Through content-based instruction, students develop language skills while simultaneously becoming more knowledgeable citizens of the world. Integrating project work into content- based classrooms; teachers create vibrant learning environments that require active student involvement, stimulate higher level thinking skills, and give students responsibility for their own learning. Project involves students working in small group, choosing a topic of interest, and designing a questionnaire to investigate a topic, then they administer the questionnaire, analyze and interpret the data and finally present finding in class. When incorporating project work into content-based classrooms, students distance themselves from teacher- dominated instruction and move towards creating a student community of inquiry involving authentic communication, cooperative learning, collaboration, and problem-solving. According to Richards and Renandya. (2002) there are many traditional approaches to language teaching based on a focus on grammatical form had been replaced in the 1980s by teaching methods which focus on communication rather than grammar.

New Teaching methods move away to students in learning traditional methods where teachers explained just grammar, giving a boring class losing motivation from students in language learning. Content based is a method that foments the development of the intellectual abilities making that language learning is more interesting and motivational, to use the language to complete real purposes and independent and sure of themselves developing knowledge of the world through content based providing comments in order to improve and support their educational needs. We have to try to dialogue with students in order to understand that speak in English has many benefits.
