Cheese And Macaroni Cutlets

Cheese And Macaroni Cutlets recipe by Aamir Shah. Macaroni and cheese is all time favorite comfort food, n this quick n easy recipe will add taste to ur Ramadan menu.

100 gms Mozzeralla Cheese. 100 gms any kind or size Macaroni. 1 med size Green Onion 3 to 4 Green Chilli . 1/2 a cup Mint Leaves. Black pepper to taste. Salt to taste. 1 cup Corn Oil. 1 tea sp Lemon juice. 1 small Red Onion Chopped. 2 Eggs bread crumbs 1 to 2 cups.

In hot boiling water add macronies and boil until it becomes over sized. Crush Mozzarella cheese and add to macaroni. Chop all other ingredients and put it in to the mixture of cheese and macaroni. Make small any size of cutlets and keep it in the refregerator for about ten minutes. Then dip the cutlets into the well beaten Eggs and cover it with Bread crumbs and fry until it becomes golden brown. Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce.Enjoy

Creamy Qeema Cutlets

250 g kheema (mutton mince) 100 g maida (allpurpose) flour 100 g oil 250 ml milk 50 g onions 1 tbsp gingergarlic paste 2 bunches cilantro 1 egg 200 g bread powder 100 g green chilies A pinch of turmeric 2 tbsp chili powder Salt to taste

Place the Qeema in a cooker and pressure cook for few minutes. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, chili powder, gingergarlic paste, turmeric and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Then add kheema and cook until it gets separated. Heat oil in a separate pan, fry the maida flour for 2 minutes. To this, add warm milk and cook until it thickens and looks like mash potatoes. Then add kheema mixture to the maida with salt and remove from heat. Make round balls and press to an oval shape, apply beaten egg and then bread powder and deep fry in oil until they are brown. Serve with onion and cucumber pieces.

Dahi Chops

Mutton chops 1 kg Ginger / garlic 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Chilly powder 1 tsp heaped All spice 1 tsp Onion fried 1 Oil 1/2 cup CURD MATERIAL Curd 1 cup Salt 1 tsp Garlic 1 tsp Zeera roasted and pounded 1 tsp Coriander ieaves chopped 2 tbsp Green chillies 2 chopped

Marinade mutton chops in Yogurt material for 2-3 hrs. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the cardamoms and onion . When the onion is slightly golden in colour, add the remaining ingredients, except the water. Stir and fry till the oil seperates. Add the water. When it comes to a boil, gently lower the mutton chops into it. Simmer over a low heat till the meat get tender and oil floats to the top. Garnish with sliced ginger and fresh green coriander leaves .

Aloo Ki Tilwali Tiki

8 potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed, 4 slices of bread soaked in a little milk & mashed, 1 tsp anardana pounded, 1 tsp amchur (mango powder), 1 tsp mint leaves minced,

2 tbsp coriander leaves , 1/2 cup cashewnuts pounded coarsely, 1 cup sesame seeds , Oil for frying

Mix and knead all ingredients well except some sesame seeds and oil, Make small rolls and dip each roll over in sesame seeds , deep fry till golden, drain on absorbent paper and serve with dahi ki chutney.
