3) EXECUTION A. Welding Welding procedure qualification according to NF EN 288-3 and welder qualification, NF EN 287-1. B. Finishing For wetted part in inox : pickled and passivated or in CS : no paint and varnish on it. Realization without polishing nor grinding. C. Drive unit paint Standard MRM : NRI 8999c and Finish : RAL 1018 (yellow). D. Agitation shaft MRM reserves the right to produce agitation shafts in 2 parts welded between them. 4) OPERATION Can work during filling and draw-off : Yes Loads and efforts to be taken into account for the calculation of the agitator supporting : see values stated on the attached outline drawing (to be confirmed after order). 5) REGLEMENTATION In compliance with 'Machines' directive. Not in compliance with ATEX regulation. Not subject to PED regulation. 6) RECOMMENDATIONS If the tank is cylindrical, 3 baffles must be fitted :width = 8% of the tank diameter with space of 2% from the tank, for a non-viscous liquid (out of MRM supply). Manhole dimensions must be design to accept impeller introduction. Tank support must be designed to support mixer loads as per MRM recommandations. Maxi support flatness must be < 0,5 mm for a mixer without sealness. Mounting flange face has to be machined if the agitator is equipped with sealing device. The tank flange horizontality has to be 2 mm/m. 7) SCOPE OF SUPPLY

One copy of MRM standard documentation in english. B. Out of MRM supply : Balancing. Static balancing by checking of the weight repartition of the blades. Unloading at site. Technical assistance on site of installation. Nuts and bolts of fixing on tank and fix adjustement for leveling. Cabinet for frequency inverter (if proposed). Rotation inversion system in case of oakum (often in wastewater). C. Included options : Raincap.
