Company visits and simulated business meetings. Crash Intensity Programme - one to one course for fast progress. Work Experience / Internship / Work Study

Age: 16 and above Placement Months: September to June

Language level required: Intermediate Number of weeks: 2 to 52 weeks

Work experience placements available in a choice of Business sectors . Please refer to English and Vocational Course brochure for list Students can start the placement any Monday, but applications should be received at least 6 weeks before the intended start date. Can be combined with one of our Language courses 20 or 30 where an emphasis can be placed upon work culture, interview skills and workplace vocabulary. SEW (Spoken English for Work) qualification available on demand.

Social Programme
inlingua Cheltenham offers a full social programme to all students throughout the year. All of our activities and excursions are organised and led by inlingua Cheltenham staff. The activities are run on a pay-as-you-go basis and are open to all students. During July and August, activities are offered every afternoon and evening as well as a full day excursion on a Saturday. If you enrol on our English Extra Summer Programme during July and August, you will have 3 afternoon activities, 3 evening activities, the Friday BBQ and the Saturday excursion included in your stay. Activities include: Skittles, live music, discos, film evenings, international food evenings, ghost walks, sports, themed parties and many more Excursions include: Visits to popular local attractions such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Bath, Bristol, Oxford, Gloucester, Stonehenge, Cardiff, London, Birmingham and many more!

Accommodation

A range of accommodation is available depending upon individual requirements. The best way to experience Social English is by living with an English family: Standard Homestay: on a half or full board basis Executive Homestay: is standard homestay with a private bathroom. If you would prefer more independence, then self catering would be the best option for you.

Other Options available:

Residential Self Catering: will be available in the centre of Cheltenham from Autumn 2011. Alternatively bed and breakfast or hotel accommodation can also be arranged.
