VIII. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OR EXPLANATIONS.

Regarding Part VII, Line 7: Please note that the Oppenheimer-Centennial Funds Money Market Account has now changed to the Wells Fargo Adviisors Money Market Account from the last report. During the interim, the Fund was once managed by A.G. Edwards, subsequently by Waehovia, and most recently by Wells Fargo Advisors. Because the Wells Fargo Money Market Fund is a sweep account, returns are now characterized as "Interest" and not "Dividends".
