Si tienen el mismo signo, se suman y se deja el mismo signo.

If the numbers have got the same sign, we add numbers
and write same sign
Ejemplos:
(+ 2 ) + (+ 3 ) = 2 + 3 = + 5
(- 3 ) + ( - 5 ) = - 3 5 = - 8

Si tienen distinto signo, se restan y se coloca el signo del mayor.
